Bought my Kia Optima in 2015. Service department has been friendly and courteous, explaining all systems current status. All service since I purchased my car has been done at Bob Utter facilities.

I have bought several vehicles in the past & this was the best, fasest, & easiest experience I've ever had! Usually I dread car shopping but Jonah Peters made the process so simple. He had the vehicle & paperwork ready & waiting on me. I was in & out in a matter of minutes which helped me out tremendously! Great people to do business with. Jonah Peters was the bomb to work with. Very consciencious and responsive to the customers needs. He was one of the deciding factors other than price that I drove from California to purchase there. Dustin in finance was also very organized and had everything ready to go when I hit the door. Danny the technology guru knows all there is to know from bumper to bumper about what the truck can do. Spent well over an hour with him going over features and how this truck was different from my last one just a year older. As soon as I waked in the door I knew I was in the right place.
