Smail Kia is a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealerships. Working with Jeff Markle makes the whole process actually enjoyable; he’s the kind of salesperson who really sits down with you to hash out all the different options and pricing without making you feel rushed. I never feel like I am being forced into a purchase that I don't want to make, or that they are trying to throw packages on top of the sale to make more money. What’s best about Smail and Jeff is how transparent they are. You don’t have to worry about hidden fees or confusing language during the leasing process—everything is laid out clearly and honestly and communication is perfect. A lot of the dealerships that I have been to in the past make me feel like I'm getting scammed throughout the buying process, but this isn't the case with Jeff or Smail Kia. They’re just really respectable people who treat you like a human being rather than just another sale, which goes a long way.

I’ve purchased three vehicles here over the years. My 2020 Kia which is my primary ride is my favorite of all times. (Sportage) 103,000 miles. Longest I’ve ever held on to a car. Paid off. I’ll drive it till it can’t go any longer. How do you come to be able to make that decision? MAINTENANCE !!!!! I have been able to TRUST this garage for decades. The maintenance techs that check you in and guide your car thru the process (including this latest gentleman ) start it and finish it. Critically important is their honesty. Especially when you get the bill. And the service techs who do the work are educated skilled and customer satisfaction centered. SMAILS NEVER FAILS in my opinion. And I truly appreciate their consistency.

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. RJ took great care of me and my car. I had to get inspection, 4 tires, and 3 recalls handled. I never felt like i had to worry. The space is comfortable to sit while you wait plus they also offer shuttle services. I will be back!!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Smail Kia and the entire experience was exceptional. I had been looking at a like vehicle at a competing dealership. When I gave Smail the opportunity to compete for my business, Jesse and the finance team beat their competitor's price and did so in a transparent, drama-free and friendly manner. I asked if they could hit a target price, they said yes and that was that. No ridiculous games. My dealings with the service department have been equally fantastic. Taylor and John have been spectacularly friendly and have gone to truly exceptional lengths to provide outstanding service.

I've gotten my last several vehicles from Smail Kia, including the one I got today! As always, it was a great experience. Jeff Markle knows how to treat his customers and never disappoints! Rick was also great during signing & paperwork. A big thank you to those guys!
