I recently purchased a vehicle at Smail Kia and the entire experience was exceptional. I had been looking at a like vehicle at a competing dealership. When I gave Smail the opportunity to compete for my business, Jesse and the finance team beat their competitor's price and did so in a transparent, drama-free and friendly manner. I asked if they could hit a target price, they said yes and that was that. No ridiculous games. My dealings with the service department have been equally fantastic. Taylor and John have been spectacularly friendly and have gone to truly exceptional lengths to provide outstanding service.

I've gotten my last several vehicles from Smail Kia, including the one I got today! As always, it was a great experience. Jeff Markle knows how to treat his customers and never disappoints! Rick was also great during signing & paperwork. A big thank you to those guys!

No complaints, all around good experience leasing our new 2026 Kia Spotage Xline. Our Salesman Rob Jupena was couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful during the whole leasing experience. This is 3rd vehicle we have bought from the Smail Auto Group and by far our favorite.

Since purchasing my 2022 KIA Soul, I have driven it to

Since purchasing my 2022 KIA Soul, I have driven it to and lived in three different states. Smail KIA of Greensburg, PA has by far been the best KIA service experience I have had. The service advisors (Taylor and RJ) made the routine maintenance of my KIA, which I’ve always dreaded, as effortless as possible. I came in for an oil change and was sent a progress report video of my vehicle while seated in their waiting area. SoCal, where I bought my car, doesn’t even do that. I also returned at a later date for a recall inspection, which Smail was completely transparent about. A prior dealership in Idaho only mentioned recalls if I did first. Their customer shuttle driver, Ed, even drove me across the street to Dunkin while I waited. We discussed my favorite past time of popular court cases while enroute to a maple glazed donut. So thank you Smail KIA, I’m not buying my next vehicle from anywhere else again.
