Not Happy
This is the first time in 5 years that I’m giving a bad review I didn’t receive a video as usual, I couldn’t get in touch with my service rep. Per his phone numbers and no explanation of service and amounts. I was quoted on appointment time around $260. For the flush. I had oil change with $15 coupon tire rotation free as I purchased tires there. Ended up $424. Approx.

Add on bedliner, cover
Excelllent installation of bedliner and cover. Job completed on time with no inconvenience at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use dealership again for service.

Great Customer Services
The staff at Leith Ford is great. They're personable, professional, and attentive. They made sure to keep me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. I like the feature of the technician who was working on my car sending me a video. There were also a few discounts applied due to my being a repeat customer. That was a bonus.
