Very friendly low pressure dealership, as a GM employee it makes me happy to see a dealership that really seems to be behind the brand and the customer, not making a quick buck off of every customer.

Oil Change and tire rotation
To start out, I bought my used 2012 Chevy Malibu here about one year ago, with many problems from the minute I drove it out of the lot. Kevin, a previous employee here was the only one who made me feel confidant that they would fix the problem, which they eventually did, Kevin is now gone and Adam is the first person you see when you come in. There is never a friendly greeting with a smile when you walk in and it always feels like you are not a priority when you are there. I was asked if I wanted my car washed while I had it there, which I said yes, but did they have to really even ask? Good customer service should have been to just do it. Then they said they would call when it was done, but after having my car all morning I called to check and see if it was done. I was immediately put on hold by Adam and apparently forgotten about, so I drove to the dealership, while I was still on hold, pulled in the parking lot, when my call was answered, I told him I just pulled in and would talk to them in person. My care had not been washed, after they asked! So I waited for another 10 minutes for them to wash it, then when I left I checked my gauges and noticed that they had not reset the oil life. How basic! Not a big deal, as I can do that myself, but it's all those little things that are good customer service and make the difference.

Excellent Dealership
I want to give a big shout out to Mike Woodman. Saw a 2017 Demo Chevy Red truck on line, drove 66 miles from home to see it, didn't meet my needs, but Mike worked with me for about 3 hours. After a test drive and some talking, I decided on a beautiful truck and got the pricing I needed. I went back the next day with my 2014 Ford F150, and traded it for a CHEVY. Love the truck and I can say that the Garber-Linwood Dealership treated me right. I wasn't just a number to them. Jay
