I would like to share my disappointing experience with Audi of Allentown regarding the registration process of my newly purchased 2024 Q7. Despite multiple assurances, the dealership provided misleading information and failed to take responsibility for the registration status. When the initial temporary tag expired, they directed me to personally obtain a new one from the DMV, blaming the state of Delaware for the delay. Even after several months, there was no communication, apology, or update regarding the registration. I had to spend additional time and money at the DMV to acquire another temporary tag. Furthermore, when the dealership finally sent me the paperwork, it was incomplete and inaccurate in every aspect. They failed to include the necessary payment of over $3,000 that I had already made for the registration. I also discovered a document from the Delaware DMV, dated March 2024, outlining the specific requirements for registering the car, which the dealership ignored. Given the substantial investment involved in purchasing a vehicle of this caliber, I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability from the dealership. Regrettably, they not only deceived me but also caused significant inconvenience and wasted hours at the DMV. Moreover, they offered no apology or compensation for their actions. Their attempt to withhold over three thousand dollars from me is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have decided not to return to Audi of Allentown, and I strongly discourage others from considering this dealership for their vehicle purchase. I believe it is essential to be aware of the dealership's lack of integrity and customer service when making such an important decision.

2022 Q7
Andrew, Alex, Jessica – the whole Audi Allentown team was Top Notch! Efficiency and Transparency are the name of the game with them! Inquired about the cars on Sunday night, got all the information about the cars and financing options on Monday, Application on Tuesday, approval on Wednesday, drove down and picked up the car Friday morning. No hiccups whatsoever - can’t be any easier than this, PLUS Audi Allentown is one of a few dealers on the East coast that in this inflated market sells at MSRP and AUDI finance rates. Pleased with the process and their professionalism start to finish, as bonus I got some tips to use with my trade-in in the future. Highly recommend to anyone and, when time comes, I will make my first inquiry for the next new car here! Thank you guys!

Baying the new car without negotiation the price.
It is my first 2022 Audi A4 S 45 and I like it. Dealer, MR Dimitri was very nice and helpful. I with my wife felt very welcome. All questions were answer. We bought car on 12/27/2021. Unfortunately due to shortage of new cars there was no opportunity to negotiate the price and it was a little higher then I expected based on my research.

Broken 911
I really wish I didn’t have to write this review. My parents bought their first ever new car from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown in the early 90’s when my Dad had gotten a promotion. It was a big day for them, flash forward to me this past November. I’d been stuck home due to Covid and spent my spare time looking for my dream car, A Porsche 911. I was shocked to find one pop up in my dream spec, even better is was close to being in my budget. I reached out and had a response back in an hour. DMitri was awesome he answered all my questions as I reviewed the Carfax. It’s a 15 year old Porsche with high miles so I did my due diligence. We set an appointment and it was amazing. Dmitri had the car right out front with a tag with my name hanging from the rear view. There hadn’t been pictures in the listing so I was floored when the car exceeded my expectations. We took it on a test drive and set to make a deal. I asked for a discount because I was paying cash and knew there was some preventative maintenance I wanted to do. (IMS/RMS). I was confident in the cars service history, and according to the Carfax Ciocca had serviced the car when it came in. Furthermore the sales manager said he had been driving the car and knew it’s history. Kevin was even kind enough to check with the local shop where he knew it had been serviced to confirm the IMS had not been done. The car was being sold “as is” and had high miles, but seeing as they knew the history, and it had been serviced and driven by the team, I cut them a check. Several of the sales team congratulated me on such a good purchase. The finance manager came over and shook my hand stating he had plans to buy it if I didn’t. Being it was cold, and the car had summer tires, I parked the car in my garage for the winter only taking it out on nice days for joy rides, and to visit a few customers. To date, since I purchased the car I have put exactly 1,410 miles on it. No track days no street racing just an old guy from NE Philadelphia driving his 911. Unfortunately I noticed a ticking sound on the way to my office. By the trip home it had turned into a loud “clacking” and it was almost impossible to change gears. I was afraid of doing damage so I had the car towed to my local Euro shop. I explained my concerns and could see the smile disappear from my mechanics, while I went over the bullet points. Sure enough catastrophic engine failure. The passenger side bank was shot. We caught it early enough to save the block but the rebuild was going to cost me 20K . Absolutely frantic I emailed Kevin the sales manager. He replied the next day saying he was sorry to hear it but the car was sold “as is” and had high miles and wished me luck. At the time I was looking for this car, I reviewed so many cars. Most of those that were in my budget were being sold by shady dealerships or Craig’s list creepers. The 911 at Ciocca cost a few bucks more and had higher miles. But this was at Ciocca Audi a premier dealership in the Ciocca family. The car dealer with “a promise”. What’s not to loose? Surely being an Audi dealership and having gone through the shop 2 times. They would have found any issues…..right? And ….And even IF something were to go wrong, this is Ciocca. The only car dealership my Dad said wasn’t a “bunch of crooks. Apparently I was wrong. Ciocca you’ve forgotten your roots.

Went in for a Q5Eli oil change, left with a new Q8
Eli is easy to work with. No pressure and lots of flexibility on purchase price for a new vehicle , flexibility on trade value. My new car was delivered and my trade-in picked up.
