Chris Lee was beyond phenomenal from start to end. From the beginning he was very pleasant and even in negotiations he was very easy to work with. Helped me through the whole process in buying my Volkswagen Arteon which I really appreciated. He showed me where the service department was so I knew where to go and showed me all the in and outs of the car. Very knowledgeable guy. My mom will be getting a Passat soon and since I was treated so well by Chris, Joe Holland will be getting the business. I might add that all the gentleman there were very friendly from the managers to the other dealers.

He went above and beyond to locate the car I wanted with all the features I wanted in the color I wanted and had it at the dealership waiting for us when we were able to come in to sign the papers. Also, got an amazing deal for the car! Chris Lee made this the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I was having one of the most stressful days of my life and Chris Lee was absolutely incredible at helping me through the process.
