Don’t trust their website
Saturday I found a car on their website that I liked, so I clicked the button to “schedule a test drive”. Scheduled for 6:00 pm on Monday, AND got an email confirmation right away. Drove an hour from Indiana PA for the test drive, only to be greeted by a salesman who informed us the car had been sold on Saturday, the same day I scheduled the test drive. I never got any phone call or email saying it was sold, so I wasted over two hours round trip for nothing. The salesman muttered some of apology, but was obviously in a hurry to leave for the day, as he hopped into a car and left. I suggest you don’t trust anything you see in their website as it is obviously not kept up to date.

Good afternoon, First let us start off by saying we apologize for the inconvenience. We work diligently to make our website as up to date as possible on a daily basis. Unfortunately the vehicle in question was sold the same day you drove down to look at it. On another note vehicles that are sold take 24 to 48 hours to clear our website due to our inventory management system. Our best recommendation is that you call ahead to make sure that vehicle is still here and available. If you are still interested we just got another vehicle almost identical to the one that was sold last night. Please reach out to our general manager Andre and he said he'd work diligently to make things right. It's never our intention to waste anyone's time especially when your driving a couple hours away. Pre owned vehicles don't tend to last very long so again we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can make it up in the future. Have a great day, Andre R. Palmar General Manager
Very nice place.
Roy was my sale associate and he was extremely nice and was able to get me discounts to help with car price. They setup the remote starter on the same week. They made the process very easy.

My wife and I were offered one of two deals with Memorial Chevrolet. They would buy our car out right or we could trade our car for one of theirs. We drove 8 hours round trip to test drive their car and decided on the way home to do the trade. We called them on the way home to discuss the deal. We were told their car would be delivered to us in two to three days. Two days later we received a call at 8:30 at night telling us the deal was off. Mr Palmer, the boss no longer wanted our car. To say we’re disappointed would be an understatement. We have never been treated this way in all the years we have been buying cars. I would just say, be careful with this dealership.

2002 Denali xl no start
Had my 2002 Denali xl no start towed to memorial hwy Chev for service was told it was bad gas and it would be $1000. For them to drain and wipe gas tank out with a rag. Then we would go from there. I would like to use a Chev dealer for my auto repairs but there prices are scamey and way over the top

Late one night I inquired about a CPO Z06 on Memorial Highway Chevrolet's website and mere minutes later, Lauren Nave sent me a note. As an out-of-state buyer, she immediately earned my trust and made the entire experience of trading-in my Corvette Z51 and purchasing my new Z06 incredibly easy. Almost too easy in that I didn't once question my sanity for purchasing a yellow car—and neither did she.
