I recently purchased a 911 Carrera 4S convertible from FL and was driving it back to MN when I realized the tires needed to be replaced. Luckily we were in St. Louis so we stopped into the only Porsche dealership in the area without an appointment. The entire staff was extremely helpful and accomadating and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend!

Excellent service all-around. I was greeted promptly, my car was taken to the service area immediately, and the work was completed in less than anticipated time. Waiting area is excellent, well-appointed with snacks.

Tech Inspection
I brought my car in for a tech inspection for a track day at Gateway. The inspection was seamless and the customer service top notch as usual. I have brought my car in for service previously, it’s nice you offer this service at no charge through the Porsche Club.

70,000 mike service.
As always, easy to set up the appointment. My wife brought my car in for service. Everything was taken care of as soon as she got there. The service was performed in about the promised amount and for less than the estimated cost. No one else touches my car for service or repairs.

My first visit to the new dealership for service and it was fantastic. New, clean, state of the art equipment and all employees were eager and happy to be there. I had tire change, brake fluid flush, and wheel alignment done in no time with great attention to detail. And prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Check Engine
Brought in my Cayenne S to analyse the „check engine“ light. I was talked to change a valve for $600. After picking up the car the alarm light went off immediately again. I had to make a 2nd appointment. Then I was told that the mechanic servicing the car pinchet a gasket. No quality check has been made after the first visit. This is very poor quality assurance before returning a car back to the customer. For a service like this I can go to any shop on Manchester in the furure.
