I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Their pricing is extremely misleading. I was interested in purchasing a 2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 listed for $65,000. After checking the Carfax, I found that the book value is around $40,000 and the vehicle has a salvage/rebuilt title. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure to check the Carfax before purchasing, as this information was not disclosed upfront.

Buyer be aware. I bought a 2019 Mercedes S 560 from AX Auto in May 2025. The car blew the engine 5 weeks later. I hauled car back to AX auto. They tell me motor is damaged from riding in rain. The funniest thing i ever heard. smh. The engine has a hole in it from mechanical failure. I went back and forth with them for a month or so. They would not honor the 2 month warranty that is supposedly given when purchasing vehicles from them. Now im stuck with having to get a new engine on my own which is super expensive. Im going to see what the courts say. FYI- One better read all paperwork thoroughly when dealing with them because there is no warranty. They only verbally tell you that. AX Auto is a sac of cow Dung. And Khan is Garbage also. U wont continue to be successful doing this kind of business.

Wide selection of nice used vehicles in all price ranges. Beware of the hidden fees though. And the facility itself is not pleasant.

FRAUD ALERT- When I bought my 2018 Toyota Rav4 from AX Auto Inc. in Georgia, I was offered an extended aftermarket warranty by my sales rep, Mo. I was given a brochure which listed all the portions of the car that were covered. Before spending $2,200 on a warranty from a company I'd never heard of, for my peace of mind, I asked precisely what was covered. I was told by Mo, "Everything you see listed here is covered." There is a section of the warranty brochure titled "Optional Coverage," which I noticed immediately. I specifically asked Mo if what he was selling me included that "optional" coverage. "Absolutely, everything you see listed here, is covered" he responded. When the wheel bearing on the Driver's side failed less than a year later, I took my car in to the Toyota Dealership for a repair I knew was covered under my warranty sold to me by AX Auto. THE WARRANTY (Alpha Warranty) COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM IMMEDIATELY, leaving me with an $1,100 bill. I called Mo immediately, and was told "Don't worry, this happens sometimes, we'll get it taken care of." No, no you will not. After THREE WEEKS of ignored e-mails and multiple ducked phone calls, and an in-person visit to the dealership to attempt to get them to do the right thing, and stand behind their warranty, either getting the warranty company to cover the expense, or covering it themselves, I was instead shuffled off to their Finance Manager, Sam Khan, who me the "best he could offer" was to sell me ADDITIONAL coverage for another $600 or so, rather than honor what their salesman misrepresented to me in the first place. When you tell a customer spending nearly $20K something very specifically, are asked DIRECTLY to clarify what you are representing, and then that turns out to be untrue, and you leave that customer swinging in the breeze, and out of pocket money they should never have had to spend, that is called FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION. BEWARE this dealership, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD.
