This is how the carb buying experience should be.

This is how the carb buying experience should be. From the first phone call with Chadd, who made me such a professional video of the car that I didn’t even realize he made it personally for me to see the vehicle that I inquired about. Now that’s personal service. Then Melissa, the sales agent worked diligently with me to help me secure the vehicle of my choice, and she kept checking on me throughout our 48 hour experience. Last but not least there is Mike the finance guy, who treated me like family. He worked so diligently with the Banks because I had a unique situation, but he did not give up on me, like what I had gone through with the last four dealerships. He walked me through it and made sure I understood everything that he was doing as well as everything that I needed to sign. you guys are amazing! I’ll be back. I promise you. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll never buy a car from anywhere else. It’s all about the service for me. Thank you all again. ☺️

Bought a new car unexpectedly.

So I took my 2019 Jetta RLine in for service since my check engine light came on the night before. My purge valve went bad and thankfully it was fixed and It was 100% covered under my warranty. BUT my eyes were set on a 2022 Arteon SEL RLine that was sitting in the show room. Nik says to me “ picture it in your driveway “, and I already was as I was walking up to it. We chatted for a few minutes, and I told him I would be in touch. I called him 30 minutes later and asked what kind of deal he could give me. When I went to the dealership a few hours later I had purchased this beauty. My Arteon is the second car I have purchased at this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Nik was extremely helpful and really did give me an amazing deal on this car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend going to see him.

Car with bad engine.

I would not recommend VW of Moon. I purchased a vehicle from them in Dec of 22 A few months later I discovered that it was burning 4 qts of oil within 2000 miles. I have been told by numerous mechanics (including one of their own) to get rid of the car immediately. I have also been told that the problem will not be covered by the extended warranty. I have made 5 payments out of 72. Thank you VW of Moon

Horrific and unprofessional scam

Dealership Review Horrific and unprofessional throughout the entire process of buying a car. I came to this dealership because they had the model of my car available on the lot rather than waiting 3-4 months at another dealership. I had called ahead and spoke to a Chad, but upon arriving was immediately handed off to Marilou. If Marilou is your salesperson at this dealership… RUN. FAST. She had no knowledge of the car whatsoever and had to refer to the window sticker for every answer. Every time she tried to answer she would tell us about how she had just transferred from the Kia dealership and could answer all of the questions for a Kia. But I wasn’t shopping for a Kia. I let it go though because I had already over-researched the car and knew this was the one I wanted. She took us on a quick test drive, but didn’t know the area and got us lost. Good thing I knew the area better than her and got us back to the dealership. We then sat down to start talking prices. From the beginning, she had no idea what offers or packages were running at Volkswagen at the time. I had to show her everything from the Volkswagen website on my phone. Then, she was reluctant to run my credit score and instead made us wait for 3 hours while she gave us random interest rates. After finally getting a price a half hour before close, we talked to finance who gave us a completely different number but within our price range. I really liked the car though and against my better judgement moved ahead with the buying process. In the days prior to delivery, Marilou reached out to me about copies of pay stubs and insurance records. She then asked if I would send copies of my pay stubs to her PERSONAL cell phone so that it would speed up the delivery on Saturday. On the day of delivery, we were immediately sent back to the financial office to discuss pricing, and realized it was a different number from our last meeting. We were told that the other numbers from a few nights before were incorrect. We were also told that these numbers should have been discussed earlier with Marilou. Again, against my better judgement, I purchased the car because the numbers were actually below my budget. Fast forward three weeks. I get a text from a random Coraopolis number stating that I did not pay my state taxes on the car and needed to come into the dealership. No signature. No information stating that it was dealership. The texts looked like a total scam. But, my experience had been a mess up until this point, so I checked my paperwork. No sales tax included. I called the dealership and they said that I needed to come in but if possible, could I come in on Monday since it will be less busy and easier for them 🙄. I unfortunately work Mondays (like most people) and went on Saturday. I was then told that despite being checked by 4 different people, I was sold a car without sales tax and I needed to pay it now. My options were: 1. pay a lump sum of $2300 2. refinance my car but with an interest rate increase of 2% (they had increased since the purchase) or 3. Not pay it and have the state come after me for unpaid taxes. Essentially, I was told that I had no choice but to throw down an entire paycheck for their mistake. But don’t worry, I’ll get a discount on parts if I ever need them 🙄. If you are interested in buying a Volkswagen, i highly recommend going to the one in McMurray instead. Even though I did not buy a car from them, I did test drive there earlier and had an amazing experience. They will probably provide much better service and not scam you out of $2000 with their horrific service.

Nice experience

Cameron did a nice job, the response after reaching out about vehicle availability was swift and not over intrusive. The salesman came in on his day off to handle my sales completion.

Excellent Sales Experience

Cameron was extremely nice and very easy to work with. I felt no pressure and like I was listened to. He was very patient, knowledgeable and I would buy a car from him again. The finance woman who name escapes me right now was excellent. She was efficient and straightforward. No xxxxxxxx with her, which is great.

Great experience!

Dylan, our sales person was very helpful, friendly and professional! The facility was clean. Management always were available when needed, and finally Missy, the financial manager was thorough and efficient.
