I find Steve the service advisor personable, professional and efficient. The techs do a thorough review and the pricing is inline with what a quick lube would charge. The waiting area is fine and the sales people are low key and willing to answer any questions. Positive experience.

Working with James to trade in and purchase a car was a very pleasant experience. Hopefully you all can get someone soon to do the titling, etc as the only downside was the wait and a bit of pressure at BMW dealership.
