Fun with no pressure!
Great all around! They made car shopping fun and easy with no pressure. My fiance previously purchased his new 2016 Mazda 3 from Ray at Lancaster Mazda and he was awesome to work with and now I am a proud owner of a new CX-3 (that I am completely obsessed with) and couldn't have done it without help from Emily S! OUR NEW MAZDA
We had an excellent experience while shopping with Elliott Edison for our newly purchased CX5. He was able to answer our questions as we test drove the car. He helped us to understand the many new technological features on the car by demonstrating and explaining their applications. We had the opportunity to visit the dealership three times and Elliott served us well through the decision making process. He also gave us the opportunity to consider alternatives and and helped us recognize the value of features related to safety and performance.

Casual and Comfortable Buying Experience
My wife and I came in with the idea of buying a CPO SUV but the selection was a little small for what we were looking for. Our salesman, Elliot, was really nice and showed us some options for new vechicles that could fit within our budget. We ended up buying a 2016 CX-5 in candy apple red with leather interior that was only slightly more than our original budget! Very happy with our purchase and felt comfortable the whole time. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the past few days and half of them were just trying to get us to buy more than we said we could. This will be our first Mazda but probably not our last :)

I looked around at multiple vehicle and fell in love with the Mazda6 from the first time I drove it! Mazda has so stepped out of the box with their new design. Absolutely love it! Lancaster Mazda made it so easy to buy my new 6. I would recommend them to anyone! I would recommend the drive to anyone!

Great Place!
I tried to leave 5 stars in all categories but for some reason it wouldn't allow me. Last year. I bought a Mazda 6 and this year a CX5. Everyone is always professional and courteous. The salesperson Janet made sure she had my best interest at hand. The sales manager Joe came and introduced himself and was very pleasant. Zach, the business manager, made sure the paperwork was ready and explained it to me thouroughly. I will always come back here and always recommend people. Awesome place!!!! -Chris O-

Problem Solved, Great Price, Terrific Communication!
After hitting a deer, my Mazda 6 had electrical problems that nobody could solve. Nick at Lancaster Mazda found and fixed the problem, held to a very low initial estimate even though he must have put in a lot of hours, and kept my wife and I informed of the situation every step of the way. I would highly recommend Lancaster Mazda if you need service!

Picked my car up after routine service. Later discovered...
Picked my car up after routine service. Later discovered that air condition did not work. It worked when I dropped the car off. Had to make a second appointment for routine work that was not done correctly. Statement was make by service that they changed cabin filter and may knocked wiring. No effort was made by service to accommodate for their possible mistake. It took another appointment to finally fix the problem. No apology, no call, no nothing. I had to take another day off work and get my parents to drive 40 miles round trip for the second appointment. Bottom line we won't be back for this kind of poor service. Floyd DeWitt
