If I could give a negative rating, not even one star I

If I could give a negative rating, not even one star I would it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life and even with an extended warranty I was made to pay almost 3 months and get my car back damaged

Came to the service department for recalls to my vehicle

Came to the service department for recalls to my vehicle and was greeted as soon as I arrived. Paul at the service desk was very helpful and was able to have all work completed in a day and got my vehicle back in a day. Everyone was very professional.

Neal was a great salesman, he worked with me even though

Neal was a great salesman, he worked with me even though my credit wasn’t the best and we looked at 3 different trucks and I still left with something that I love and I’m proud of.

Found a car that I wanted to purchase (stock # R1128469)

Found a car that I wanted to purchase (stock # R1128469) 2024 Mazda CX90 Turbo Premium advertised with 95 miles for $36,998. I called the sales person Uzi and asked if the car was still there and he confirmed that it was there and not sold. We spoke for a few minutes about the warranty and any defects on the car. I then said "I am on the way" My drive took me about 40 minutes on tollways. During the drive (10 minutes in), Uzi called me to confirm that I was on the way. When I was about half way there, he called me again to say that the car was just sold and the new owners are in the finance department. He then tried to direct me to another cars (stock # R1127570 Mazda cx90 Turbo premium with 11,642 miles on it for $40,995. While I was angry about the time I wasted driving and the expense of toll roads etc, I went in anyway to confirm my suspicions. When I arrived, the first car was no where to be seen, and there were no customers in the dealership in the finance department. I am concerned that this dealership used a bait and switch scam on me and wasted my time and money going out there. I hope that you can do something about this.
