I purchased a 2018 F150 from Mr King in August,Jacob took care of me with the utmost respect,let me take the truck home and could drive it try it out and do as I pleased,it being a used truck i didn’t even ask about a warranty but when it came to signing the paperwork they threw in a year warranty just because they could.That being said it has already paid off for a minor visit to the dealership for repairs, i would recommend Mr King and his crew to anyone that’s looking for a used vehicle thumbs up to you Mr Kingl

My car was totaled after a storm on Sunday night. Found a Yukon XL exactly like I wanted @ King Motor through Cars.Com. My husband contacted Jacob and asked him to be extremely honest about the condition of the car as we would be making a 3 hour drive with a check in hand and wanted no surprises. He described everything exactly as it was, also answered if my husband called or text with extra questions, and we were in and out in no time. He had it detailed and ready to go for us today (Thursday). Quickest and easiest car buying experience. Very friendly, professional, and a very nice facility. Highly recommend.

Today I bought a used GMC Yukon XL Denali from King Motors. What an unbelievable buying experience. First, all 135 images online gave a very accurate picture of the SUV's condition. Actually the SUV was in better shape than what I thought, based on the images. How many times are you pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of a used car dealership? Second, their customer service was fantastic. Jim literally handed me the keys to the Denali and said to drive it around. Didn't ask for my keys to my SUV, a deposit, nothing. After we returned we had a few questions. He patiently listened and answered each. Once we were finished asking our questions, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase ... literally no sales pitch! WE had to ask him what was the next step to buy this SUV. He was very kind and very attentive. I mentioned how many SUVs he had on the lot (and how they all looked brand new)... he said that is his niche, he focuses on NICE SUVs. Seriously, you won't be disappointed with this dealership!! I don't hesitate one bit giving them 5 stars all the way across! We have three teens... we will be back!

My wife and I walked the lots in Memphis looking for a used SUV in the luxury category. We sat in an Infiniti JX35 and knew we had found "the car". Just now had to find "the where". Because the JX35 was only made in 2013, our search was narrow, plus we wanted as loaded as possible, with only one exterior and interior color option. I put in the searches all over the net and got updates for new listings. Only 3 possibilities, all over 500 miles away. Not the way I wished to buy a used car. Then came the game changer, King Motors in Marion AR listed one. One hour away and had what we wanted. Walking into King Motors and being greeted by Perry was so different than any of the experiences we had in Memphis. He was very cordial. Asked want we wished to look at, gave us the keys and left us be, just what we wished for. On the way to check out the car we ran into Mr. King and he was as easy going as Perry. One thing we noticed of the vehicles on the lot, they are quality and cleaner than any I have ever seen. The JX35 we had come to see was everything we had hoped for. Their website had tons and tons of pictures of this car, there was not a single surprise with the actual car. So we love the car, but honestly had not driven one yet. Perry comes out to check on us, and asks if like to take for test drive. Of course I would, but what happened next surprised me. Perry just lets us take it out by ourselves. That was so nice and comfortable, absolutely no pressure. My looking at the cars and trucks on lot and the JX35, my guess is the vehicles sell themselves. Well after a long test drive, we were sold. Put down a deposit and came back next day for payment. Drove off so so satisfied. Has been little over a week and all me neighbors say "that's a 2013, wow they really took care of it". Only bad thing is, the day we drove it home is probably the last day it will look that good. King Motors really had it looking good. One last point, they are so low pressure, we asked about the extended warranty, they never even mentioned it. If they have something that you are looking at, you should go and visit them, I know I will. Craig in Memphis driving a beautiful JX35.
