This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We are from out of state and had an issue with our car- not the dealer's fault. They knew our situation and lowballed us on our trade in- they had us over the barrel. At the dealership we were passed from person to person through the process. Knowing our situation, they kept dragging their feet on each step. It took several hours to complete this deal. As we got on our way, we were given a permit to get us to our home state, but we got pulled over for not being licensed and were told by the officer we could be ticketed. We get home and try to license the vehicle but cannot because there is no title. Two months later, we still do not have a title and the dealership is not contacting us with info on where they are in that process. The first week we are home, a sensor on the car goes out- $100 out of pocket even with a bumper to bumper warentee. The fob didn't work and we were told by them to change the battery- oops, that didn't work because they sent us home with the wrong fob. I contacted the salesman that I was to be contacted by a certain time to get an answer to the title situation as I have run out of time for my temporary license in our state. I had to write an appeal to get an extension and take a day off of work to complete that process. I have tried and tried to get answers but nothing. I gave an ultimatum today- contact me at this time or I was filing a report with the BBB. They have 3 minutes to call.....typical. If you are from out of state go to another dealer, you might have better luck.

Great overall experience.
Great overall experience. Service and the quality of maintenance on my vehicle. I appreciated being able to take advantage of the fast lane for an oil change and tire rotation and get my car on time as planned. Thanks Misty!

I had a great experience at Jim Burke Ford, as always.
I had a great experience at Jim Burke Ford, as always. They consistently have great service. They took care of my issues in a timely manner, and made sure that I had a car rental to use while my truck was being repaired. Thanks for the excellent service!

I brought my F-150 for a 100K service maintenances.
I brought my F-150 for a 100K service maintenances. I explained I believe my bearing on my left front was wearing out and had a rattle sound in that area. I received my truck back with the full report and had spent roughly $1800 for my 100K service. I was told i had an upper oil pan leak and I should get fixed. Also I was told that the rattle was fixed. I didn’t get out of the parking lot and I heard the rattling noise. I drove around the block and pulled back in. Requested the mechanic to go for a ride in the backseat and open the rear window. Immediately he heard the sound. I was told to bring my truck back will get it in right away. Several weeks went by I called and left a voicemail. No one called me back. Now please realize I just had a 100K service completed. Was told everything was good. Al of a sudden, my ABS lights up and my stable trac light up with another symbol on my navigation system. I pulled over call the dealership left another voicemail. Drove home. Did some research and i could have been wheel speed issues etc! I call the dealership again left a voicemail. This time I had to take truck to Midas. I front left wheel assembly was shot and my brakes were shot. I had explained that I just had a 100K service done at the dealership. If the dealership would have told me that i needed this work completed I would have approved it. $1,800 later front left assembly had to be replaced 4 rotors and all brakes replaced. Now let’s fast forward two weeks. I call my service advisor to bring in my F-150 for the upper oil pan leak which was under my warranty. A week later I received a call that my truck was ready. I picked up my truck everything seemed to be fine drove about 6 miles and noticed my cooling fans were running when I pulled into my neighborhood. Got home and noticed my radiator fluid was extremely low like almost no fluid at all. I called the dealership and was told to bring my truck back. My truck is sitting in my drive for the last 3 days. Yes I could buy the radiator guild and put it in myself. What i think should happen is that the dealership should have someone come to my home and put the radiator fuild in. Let just say what happens if my truck over heats due to the lack of radiator driving to the dealership. I sent photos to the service advise with no response.

Took in for a transmission issue the technician was great
Took in for a transmission issue the technician was great but the service provider tried to charge me even though it was under warranty. They also never called me to let me know the vehicle was done. They also didn’t change the filters like I asked.
