He is an exceptional man he answered all my questions and explained to me in detail exactly what I was getting myself into, I did not believed at first what he was showing me but after a few moments I was convinced that he really knew what he was talking about, he has been calling me to find out how I was doing and how the car was performing I really appreciate that I have dealt with other sales rep before and all they wanted was a sale but with Jamie complete difference and thanks to Jamie I have a brand new car

Superb!

Went in for an oil and filter change, was greeted warmly, spent only a short time waiting, and was checked out and on my way. Terrific and friendly staff!

Brittney Corn is a Great technician.

Jenkins kia is the Best ! Calli, Lance,Mitch, Brittney, Oscar and Ryan B. They work so well together. You feel like your at home with coffee , water ,donuts, popcorn special drinks and snacks. So clean with large T/V and much more. Every one is so nice. I bought two new kia souls from Oscar M. He is great to deal with. If you need the restrooms they are Clean. God Bless Us All ! Did very well.

Very personable, listened to my concerns. Handled issues quickly and made sure all was good, when it was not correct, they worked on getting my car back in ASAP and performed a replacement of the transmission in a speedy manner. Getting a loner in order to not be inconvenienced was quick and easy. I understand when cars have issues, but Jenkins Kia took the time to make sure my car was fixed correctly and my time was respected. Kudos, I am a very happy customer.

Oil Change Service

First, I came in to make an appointment for an oil change on my Kia Cadenza. Met Lance in the Service Dept. and told him why I was there. He checked his oil change area and asked me if I had about an hour, as he could take me right then. Spending an hour in the waiting area with free wi-fi, coffee, popcorn, doughnuts and water is not hard to do. Jenkins Kia has one of the nicest and most welcoming waiting areas I have seen in any dealership. My Service Adviser is Callie. I have been using her as my adviser since relocating to Ocala 2 years ago. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. She is a pleasure to talk with and always makes me feel like a VIP. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I get from Jenkins Kia and the dealership itself.

Excellent Service in The Service Department!

Quick. Informative. Helpful. Respectful. Everything a dealership should have in a service department. I was made to feel appreciated and welcomed. Not like an inconvenience. Thanks y’all! The new, additional finance option for service needed on your vehicle is perfect. The process for applying is so quick and easy! I now have a small back up if I have an issue with my car.

Sunbit financing came in handy! I need my drive axle rebuilt & just had a full tune up. Didn’t have the cash being right after Christmas! Once again, Jenkins Kia saves the day!!!!
