Chris my service agent and the job he done.

Chris done an excellent job handling my service requests. I would recommend him to others. He was friendly, and answered my questions as needed. My work was completed in a timely manner and my car was washed when they finished.

customer focus

Lance as always was outstanding. There was a backup at service check in, to avoid a delay he took me into his office to register my car for service. I am sure he is busy but he took the time to avoid my being inconvenienced.

Friendly and timely service.

Was greeted immedately upon arrival..All services to be done was explained and a completion time was explained.Was escorted to waiting area and was ivited to coffee and donuts.Service was completed ahead of time.

New car purchase

This was simply the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. I've purchased numerous new cars in various places and this tops them all. I dealt with Jamie Fielding, Guy Rodas and John Szylin in finance. They were a great team to work with. Everything was explained clearly and we quickly came to agreement on the deal which I think was a very good one. I strongly recommend Jenkins Kia, and the team I worked with for anyone looking to buy a new Kia.

I was very satisfied with my experience.

I was in for service to get my oil changed and Jamie called me in to inform me that I was putting double the amount of miles allowed on my lease car. Jamie and Guy worked out a deal with me to get out of the lease and purchase a new vehicle. I am pleased with the deal.

Fair but false internet and phone contact information

Contacted by phone with verbal offer on trade deal for new car, was not correct. Internet information on car we purchased was also incorrect, date of purchase dealer reduction $3000, next day same car (#KT4218) next day dealer reduction $4550
