I guarantee the people that have given this dealership four or five stars did not read their Buyer Order. First off $1495 for a processing is absurd. This is a 30 to 50% markup from most dealerships. Then they inputted a charge me $1899 for ACCESSORIES (their where no accessories the car came standard) and an additional charge of $1999 for VSC/Product (whatever that means). I knew I should left \when they presented this paper that they wanted me to sign stating something to the nature that IF ALL TERMS ARE AGREEABLE I WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH PURCHASING A CAR TODAY. I just told the young man that gave me the paper that I don't need to sign this to purchase the car and he relented without argument. The costumers service was pleasant with the young man but the vultures come after. The reason I gave this dealership two stars is because of the customer service.

As a woman car shopping alone I felt sexualized. The guy in the finance office who pretends he’s the owner asked me personal questions even asked me to send pic to his cell phone. They stand there and force you to leave a good review which is why the reviews look so great.

Misleading, unethical, and time waster - I scheduled a 4 PM test drive for a 2020 Land Rover Defender. Salesman Alfred Kamara took my driver’s license “for the test drive,” then refused to let me drive unless I had financing in-hand to show them (unheard of). When I questioned it, he said “it’s company policy.” That rule was never mentioned when I booked the appointment - they pinged me several times. It’s a finance-first bait-and-switch — they take your ID, then block you from driving unless you finance through them. I’ve asked for proof they deleted my ID and didn’t run a credit check and am filing complaints with the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, Arlington County, & VA Attorney General’s Office. No response from management. Misleading, unethical, and a complete waste of time. Avoid Prime Motors LLC.

I had a disappointing experience here. When I called to ask about the price, they didn't provide clear information and asked that I come onsite. After the test drive, I was surprised to learn about an additional $1,500 processing fee, on top of all the taxes and other charges. This could have been communicated over the phone beforehand. The salesperson initially brought out the wrong car and kept me waiting for over two hours. They also seemed unfamiliar with the vehicle’s features and couldn’t explain its functions properly.
