DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY. Went to buy an 05 evo it was trashed. Rust everywhere in side and out. Scraped/missing paint. Car stalled out on test drive. couldn’t test drive it on the highway only literally round the block. They wanted 20k for a car that needs 10k in parts and labor to make it nice. When I got there took 10+ minutes for anyone to come out and talk to me. Then was stuck in a car with some random lot attendant. Huge disappointment. And then when I was done with the drive I stood outside for another 10 minutes just to find out the salesman was on the phone. Didn’t even care that I had a terrible experience with the car and when I told him everything I saw wrong he struggled his shoulder and I left. That car was barely worth 10k even with everything that was aftermarket on it. Yes I know it’s a used car but to sell something in that condition is a huge problem. Scam artist. Hope I help someone out.

They were fine as people but they liked to play

They were fine as people but they liked to play psychological games when you but the car. They made me wait over 2 hours after I said I would buy a car, but never gave me a quote. They waited till I left to give me a price that was 30% more than what they listed online. Also I got calls from them and called back multiple times to move the process of buying a car forward, but they were simply unwilling. It was a terrible experience and I truly belive they are a shady dealership you should not buy a car from.

Kathleen R. You will find previous reviews from me regarding my horrendous experience with Prime Auto. Two vehicles = 2 scams. The second vehicle they saddled me with, to replace the first vehicle that broke down after a short time, is a 2012 Subaru Outback. I was told it had only one owner and had one small accident, but was going to be reliable transportation. The car has made strange rumbling sounds that they had their mechanic look at. The salesman told me it was "something in the engine" but it was hard to tell what. I was also told to not use the emergency brake as that caused issues?!?. A plug came out underneath. that was not supposed to come out, dumped all the oil. That left me stranded for several weeks. So I've been driving this thing as little as possible and paying 310 a month for something I don't trust. I finally got my answers when I went to another dealer today. They pulled the Car Fax and gave me a copy. This vehicle had 5 owners, not one as I was told. The vehicle was classified as a TOTAL LOSS. That "small accident " deployed ALL the airbags. I am unable to trade it in because a dealer can't justify selling a TOTAL LOSS vehicle. Prime Auto had no qualms about doing it. So I'm left having to finish 10k in payments and pray it won't die out before I can get anything half decent. I'm pay check to paycheck so was an easy target. Don't let yourself or anyone you care about get scammed by these thieves. No scruples no morals just screwing people over for the almighty dollar.

I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle.

I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. I changed my mind finance manger told Me I couldn't get my money back or finish purchasing car, said he was calling the police and keeping both the car and my money!!!!! Someone else came and help me I ended up getting car and broke down on my way home not even 24 hrs later. I left messages about this and no response. Now I have towing fees and payment on a car that I can't drive.

I bought a kia Sorento 2015 on a lien. After still spending 6000 dollars in repairs I had to final give the car away because it will cause another 3000 to repair. The sell bad cars and do not help when ask .
