Purchased a new 911 on 9/11/2025,Payed for car with bank wire on 9/11/2025. Almost 3 weeks later still have NO title.Evertime I talk to the dealer there is a new story they tell me - BEWARE !!

We want to clarify that our team has communicated the title and registration process to you throughout the transaction. As per state regulations, the Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) is sent directly to the DMV once the deal is funded — not to the buyer — and this has been explained multiple times. We understand this may not align with your past experiences, but it is standard procedure in our state and not something we can alter. While we regret that our adherence to these requirements has caused frustration, we remain committed to being transparent and responsive throughout the process. I own a 2015 Cayenne diesel. This is my second visit to Gaudin of Las Vegas service department. Erica King is my service advisor and she has always been upfront and very honest with what the shop is going to do. This last visit my car was in limp mode. I had to tow it to the dealership to get it fixed. They were able to diagnose the problem Get it handled and call me that they were test driving it for two days before they were going to let it go to me. They wanted to make sure that it was done before I drove the 200 miles to get it. That is Service above and beyond in my opinion Thank you Erika and Gaudin Las Vegas service team. While I was there, I met Tim Kham, The general manager and he was a wonderful help as well. Five stars for these guys and this is where I will always come back even though it’s quite a distance.

Well, I tell it as it is and my review is spot on to my personal experience. Again, I live in Ivins Utah, and it's 2 hours away. I have no problem with making the trip for service and maybe sales one day when I need to.

Gaudin Motor Co. has been in business for over 100 years and has been built on a solid foundation of serving our community and providing the highest levels of customer service. The vehicle you inquired about was very unique, a low miles XKR which was sure not to last very long. I did review your folio and the Brand Ambassador did text and forward you photos and videos that you requested (in a timely manner, including texts up to 11pm on the weekend). I realize making a large purchase remotely can come with a number of questions and in this case another guest who was just as interested in the car decided it was the right vehicle for them and committed to purchase ahead of you. It's certainly unfortunate. I can share with you that we did attempt more than once to get in contact with you to ensure you didn't miss out, unfortunately we didn't hear back and we proceeded with the guest that responded. I can assure you that transparency, trust & integrity is paramount in our business and part of the foundation in which our company was founded.
