Before you live the dealership they will make you to give them a 5 stars feedback right after you sign the papers . After that they will just wash their hands with any problems related to the car. I live an hour away and it's not worth takin g the car there every time there's a problem . I bought my car a month ago. During that time, the car was in the shop for 3 weeks. They sold me an extend warrant "Bumper to Bumper". Five days ago I sttoped my car (again) to fix something that was leaking in the engine (engine oil filter housing). Guess what? The extend warranty Bumper to Bumper don't cover it. I have to pay almost $1,300 out of my pocket. Now, that they got my money and sold this piece of junk, no one take my calls or return it anymore. I emailed a complain to the general manager "Anthony" . Called him a hundred of times. He never got back to me. I called a hundred of times to Steve Basora (finance manager who sold me the Bumper to Bumper warranty). He never got back to me. BE AWARE OF THE SCAMS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

BEWARE
If youre looking for nothing but a headache go buy from Ryan. He does nothing but dodge phone calls, not return calls, and lie. Took 3 months to get a radio fixed from a car we bought from him, after instslled it wasnt the right radio, he knew he had his employee install wrong radio (employee words, not mine) month later it was finally "fixed" Nothing was fixed, the same radio was left in, the 2nd time hes tried to pull a fast one. I have never met someone more unprofessional. Save the headache, shop elsewhere!

Just bought a car here a few weeks ago and it was one of the best experiences I have had. The individual selling the car listened to me and also helped me get a car with the not so great credit that I have. The car has low mileage and is exactly what I needed.

El 7 de agosto envie mi carro para reparlo con su talller...
El 7 de agosto envie mi carro para reparlo con su talller de reparacion que se encuentra atras del dealer. Nadie te puede decir nada cuando llamas, porque tienes que hablar con el gerente del body shop que se llama anthony pero lo mas brutal de todo es que él es el CEO. El 25 de agosto me llama anthony diciendome que el carro esta arreglado que solo falta el fender, pero no habian enviado las fotos al seguro. Si vas a un taller a reparar el carro atraves de tu seguro de carro, ten mucho cuidado. Porque si empiezan a repararlo sin un presupuesto y le das el consentiento tienes que pagar la diferencia. Pues yo llame para saber porque empezaron a reparar el carro sin mi consentimiento. Se molestaron, me comentaron que no ivan a arreglar mi carro. Pues me dijeron que nunca se habia tocado el carro, que tenia que sacarlo y pagar storage fee. Lo interesante es que por haber tenido el carro casi un mes y que elloos decidan no repararlo me costo mas que reparlo en si. Casi $2,600. No caigan en este truco porque ni la policia ni el seguro de su carro puede hacer nada. Cuando le di el dinero el señor se los metio en el bolsillo (el manager no anthony) porque creeme numca vas a ver a anthony siempre busy, sospecho que el dinero se lo repartio con sus amigos tristemente confie en alguien. Si alguien te lo recomienda no lo hagas, me devolvieron el carro sin repararlo, se quedaron con el registro del carro y el papel del seguro, les explotaron una llanta que cuando llegue a mi casa se vacio, rallaron el otro lado del carro donde no hubo el accidente para que no me diera cuenta y no se que le habran hecho al motor y tras que eso tuve que pagarle casi $2,600 por no haberle hecho nada al carro simplemente porque anthony decidio no arreglar mi carro. FRAUDE NO CAIGAN.

Mustang 2017 and Chrysler Town Country 2014
May 11, 2020 My name is Alexi Colon I want to tell you about my negative experience with Prestige Auto Cars in Waterbury, Ct. I bought two cars. A mustang 2017 and a Chrysler Town Country 2014. I was attended by a seller named Dave who seemed spectacular to us the way in which he took care of us and felt his honesty. Instead, the dealer's manager, named Mike Finan, was totally superficial and unsteady in his words from day one. Mike was excited to have gotten the approval of the two cars that my son and I had requested. But The first mistake Mike made was not to submit to the bank that I had asked for, of which I already had a pre-approval. He submitted both cars the way he wanted and with very high interests. Furthermore, due to my ignorance, I realize much later that he uses an unfair tactic and something that I think is illegal, to get both approvals. It wasn't honest, and he didn’t give me a chance to decide if I wanted to do it that way. And above all, he gave me a vehicle with various defects that he did not want to fix. The water pump, the air conditioner, a motor mount end, and after two weeks there’s a cracking coming out of the front end. Mike offered me two months warranty, and after one month his mechanic tells me that Mike said he had not given me anything. I think it was irresponsible to sell a car without doing a full verification. During all the process, I was extremely patient, giving the opportunity for us to have a happy ending, but in the end, I was completely disappointed. Through my whole life I have bought 7 used cars in different dealers and it is the first time that I have so many problems. I hope that many people can see this message so that they think it well before buying a car in this place. Or at least they know everything you have to verify.
