He is an awesome person to deal with. It was our second time with him. Very honest and straightforward, explaining every detail. He will always answer our questions. We are a deaf couple. We communicate by writing the notes. Possible 15 worth pages. We do; hopefully he will still be in the office for years.

I was ready to move forward with the purchase of a vehicle from Hawk Mazda, but the lack of follow-up from the sales team completely derailed the process. Despite showing clear interest and being prepared to buy, I experienced delayed responses and poor communication. It felt like I had to chase them just to stay in touch, which is not how any customer should be treated—especially when serious about making a purchase. In the end, their lack of professionalism and urgency pushed me to take my business elsewhere.
