1) Woman who took my initial call to make service appt...
1) Woman who took my initial call to make service appt was not knowledgeable about my vehicle service needs. She scheduled me for a 30k mile maintenance appt, even though I told her that I thought I had that service already. When I came in for my appt, the guy in the service dept was knowledgeable about my car. He arranged for the proper maintenance. 2) Everyone is always courteous. 3) Wish there were water bottles in the waiting room. 4) Service dept gave me my car when the maintenance was done, then mentioned a car wash, after. Should have done the car wash, then given me the car back. Car wash is a really nice touch. Thank you.

Jeff the service advisor at Hawk Subaru was awesome as usual. I called him on Tuesday and got me in immediately to fix my cracked windshield. The job the techs did was great and recommended getting your car serviced here. Special shout out to Chris T. Helping me at closing time to get a vehicle to use while mine was being worked on. Professional and friendly customer service.
