Great

Casey was very friendly, knowledgeable about the Corvette. He made you feel like family. The whole process went very smoothly.. Amy was also very helpful with OnStar.

My experience with Hawk

Had a fantastic experience with Brian Biddle and sales manager also named Brian who were very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone

Time consuming

Granted, I was a walk-in, but after they found the issue and told me they were starting on it they told me it would only take 20 mins. to fix. Ended up taking 1 hour. Good thing i was already off of work. Just dont quote people a certain time then take way longer. Even the new TVs they have set up to let you know your promised time of it being done was not correct. Was 15 mins after the promise time.

Great service, Tom actually listened to what I needed and showed me options accordingly. As a first time buyer, Tom made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase!

10/10 would recommend

Todd was very quick and helpful! I’ve not experienced this same treatment at any other dealership. I’m pretty young compared to other customers so I was not used to being treated like an actual customer until I came here!

Best car dealer ( Jesus Rodriguez)

I came in today expected to not get a car at all but Jesus just completely changed my entire day around he showed me one car and i loved it ! At first it was expensive and i wasnt going to get it but Jesus told me not to worry and he saved me a lot of money and a lot of time he is one of the best dealers anyone can ask for i recommend seeing him if you want a car!!

Never updated as to what was going on...

Customer service is terrible when dropping off your car it was supposed to be done in an hour at the end of the day at 3 o'clock I called it wasn't even looked at. 2 weeks to get an appointment .now today is Friday The car is going to get work done Monday What do these people do do they go out and have a liquid lunch because they certainly weren't fixing cars and a beautiful weekend in my Corvette sits in the garage at hawk Chevy really this is the best you can do.. 0 stars for you...

I have already talk to a manager and he doesn’t do anything ... why isn’t this review on the website you don’t want anybody to know the truth that there is terrible customer service nobody returns calls nobody tells you what’s going on .it sure would be nice if this service advisor will call us to say they’re actually working on the car and then call us when it’s done .
