15000 mile check for Mazda CX5
Courteous service advisor, slightly expensive maintenance fee compared to others for a $149+tax but gave me a $10 off, thank you, wanted to get the Apple Carplay which was promise to me when I got the car on the dealer for a free upgrade when it becomes available but now I need to pay $499+tax to install.

I WAS GIVEN FULL REIMBURSEMENT ON MY TIRES!
I have a 2018 Equinox that was purchased July 2017. This past December I was told that I needed to replace all four of my tires. I was really upset over this because I couldn't understand why would I need new tires so soon and the dealership did not offer me a warranty or discount for the tires. Because of this, I expressed my feelings by submitting a poor review. Well, a few days after submitting my review, I was contacted by Hawk (Mike) with a sincere apology and a promise that they will rectify this issue. I was told to bring a copy of the receipt for my new tires and documentation of my monthly car payment. I was reimbursed the full amount of my four new tires. I would like to thank Mike for taking the time to read my review and making sure that this issue is fully rectified. I appreciate your time and sincerity on my behalf. I would definitely recommend Hawk deanship in Joliet.
