I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership to view a car I saw online. I called to make sure it was still there and when I arrived, they no longer had that car for sale. At first, I was discouraged and ready to move on to the next location. Russ was ready to show me other vehicles they had on the lot, which ended up with me purchasing a model that I had no interest in during the entirety of my car search. Purchasing a car as a young adult can be intimidating. When I visited other dealerships, they did not take me seriously as the person purchasing the car because of my age. Russ was very communicative towards me and answered all of my questions. Mark was also wonderful and made sure I understood what all the details meant as a first time buyer. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon this dealership. I felt that I could ask all of my questions in confidence and that they truly wanted me to leave happy and with what I wanted!

We were only "window-shopping" when we arrived at Hawk. Quinton was great in answering all of our questions. Ultimately we decided to test drive a 2025 Outback and really liked the features and handling. The fact that there was no pressure, only kind and patient assistance, made buying a car an assuring feeling. Unlike "buyer's remorse", we came away feeling happy with the knowledge Quinton armed us with.
