If you're in the market for a used car, Unicar is the place to go. They don't buy junk cars to sell to the public. All cars are serviced before they leave the lot. They don't negotiate because they have nice cars with fair prices. They bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. For example, I left the lot and the airbag light was on. I called they were so gracious and asked me to come in and they will take care of the problem, and that was after it was purchased as is. I would not hesitate to recommend Unicar to anyone, or purchase from them again. if I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks to Jim, Neal and Watson. It's been a pleasure.

I am 76 years old and car's are my hobble. I have owned over 190 cars in my life so far and moved to SC about 5 years ago. When we moved here I looked at many dealers and ended up at Unicar. That day I bought 2 cars, it was the best experience I have had in a long time. Since then , I have bought 2 more cars and a few of my friends have purchased vehicles also. I feel like they are family, there is nothing that they wouldn't do to help even after a year I had a electronic problem and they sent me to a garage they deal with and took care of the problem right away. They are the best!

Owner was very presumptuous and condescending. Drove two hours to test drive a car and was treated as if he was doing US a favor. Their vehicle was our first choice so we decided the next business day to go back and buy it. Called ahead to make sure they would be there DURING THEIR POSTED business hours and were told to come back the next day. We let them know we needed to buy a car THAT day (again, we're driving two hours) and was told they would not stay thru their POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. We were told to go buy the other car we were considering (!) if we didn't want to come the next day, so we did and had a GREAT car buying experience. I would NEVER consider doing business with such an arrogant and unprofessional person who thinks he's doing YOU a favor instead of earning your business.

The owner, who helped me, talked down to me and tried to make me feel like I was ripping him of the entire time. He kept telling me how he doesn't really make much money of the cars and wouldn't negotiate price and was insulted when I asked him to put gas in it. After my purchase (which was ONLY because I really wanted that particular car), we found several things that we had to fix/update that should've been done prior (software update, wipers falling apart, fuse replaced, etc...). I love my car but would never go back there again.

I am highly satisfied with my buying experience with Unicar! Mr. Jim and his staff went above and beyond to insure that I was satisfied. As promised I was able to get the car I wanted with an extended warranty and monthly payment that was comfortable for my budget. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car! Thanks Unicar! I look forward to doing more business in the future!
