Attempted to purchase a SUV.

Attempted to purchase a SUV. Manager was polite on initial visit. However after that no real follow up. Salesman didn't really do anything either. Internet prices are posted low so a $2800 addendum can be added. Thats their pricing method to get you in to the store. Any questions 409.293.8516. Still no call from them either. Got a follow call next to let me know they had a vehicle that might work for the different financing options. No calls after that. Said the manager would call and give me the details...no call. Texted the salesman...no response. Staff is nice if you are there but they do not call you back.

It was a good day at the dealer ship , didn’t have to

It was a good day at the dealer ship , didn’t have to wait very long for the oil change and tire rotation. It computer did not go down I would have gotten out quicker. It was a great day !!

Bought a car

I enjoyed the communication with Hyundai of Silsbee, starting off on the website looking for that Kona. I found the car and made the call. LA Shaya took my call and she confirmed the car was still available . I let know I was pre-approved and l didn't have a down payment. Shay asked me, if you need a down payment then what. I was honest, I say the deal is off. Shay talked too her manager. Called back and stated can you come here? I said yes , but not for nothing, she replied you approved. I went to Hyundai of Silsbee, make long store short I left with the car of my choice. I thank them because they were very help and kind. My 2001 Dodge Neon had it, air had gone out and couldn't be repaired. I am satisfied with there service and the car. Thanks again Hyundai Claudine

Best ever sales rep!

Best ever sales rep! Excellent service well worth drive from Harris County! Would highly recommend to drive to the county & Save! Jessi Omes was our Sales Consultant and we felt very blessed by the great service & how quickly we were assisted.

Very attentive staff.

Very attentive staff. Manager came by and checked on me frequently. Salesperson Jessi Omes was outstanding. Quickest car.sale I ever was part of.

Deceptive Pricing

There is a $2,793 Additional Dealer Markup fee that is mislabeled as "dealer installed items" for used vehicles. It is added to the price even when no items have been installed.

Excellent customer service provided by Sale person Jessi

Excellent customer service provided by Sale person Jessi Omes. Her and the finance person which I truly apologize for not remembering his name made us feel at home during the whole time. They were extremely knowledgeable in their profession. In addition, I highly recommend this dealership for their efficient and effective service. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The service at this dealership is excellent I walked in after seeing that they had a car I wanted and when I got the I was welcomed and then ask what I was looking for 10 out of 10 will be recommending them to anyone looking for a car

Best experience ever.

Best experience ever. The general manager worked very hard to get the deal right and my sales lady Jessi Omes was very good at her job also. I left there very satisfied. Definitely recommend.
