They want to sell but not service!!!
I made 3 phone calls to dealership for service on my 2020 F150. They transferred 2 times after many rings voice-mail picked up. Number 3 I told operator I wanted to speak to someone to make an appointment not voice-mail she hung up on me. Bad, bad,bad service

Good service
Good service, with great service writers! Went in unannounced to obtain an oil and filter change. Was greeted well and served promptly. Oil and filter change was performed quickly along with a fluid and equipment check. I received a receipt and a list of items checked. I like this because it makes me aware of the need for brakes and tires in the future that I can plan for financially and time wise. Maintenance is nicer when it is a planned event. I will be back for further service.
