Had car for 3 weeks before the even look at and started

Had car for 3 weeks before the even look at and started working on it and kept getting the run around until I went up there. Get car back and now remote start doesn’t work and check engine light came on not eve 24 hours after getting it back. Would not ever take car back there or buy a car from this dealer. I don’t ever want another Chevrolet after my experience at this dealer.

My husband and I were visiting our daughter in Duncan and

My husband and I were visiting our daughter in Duncan and were only there for a week. The cruise went out on my brand new Tahoe (we purchased at home in Tennessee). I spoke with Walter and explained our situation. He went above and beyond, providing top notch customer service. He fit us in, told us the issue, ordered the module and got us in to have the module installed. He even apologized that we had to wait. His apology was not necessary, but was appreciated. My husband and I had initially gone to Chevy in Duncan and they wouldn't even try to help us. But Walter provided such great customer service that we told everyone we came across about it. If there is an award for customer service, Walter needs to get it!

Im sure everyone is great but I’ve had the pleasure of

Im sure everyone is great but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mateo Muniz would definitely recommend him to anyone! INCREDIBLE vehicle sales man! Caring and compassionate in his job. Will not just try and sell you something for the “sale”. He will sit down and doesn’t care if it takes hours talk with you about what type of things you are wanting/ needing in a vehicle. Then once he finds that perfect vehicle for you, he will work with other amazing team members to get the best price and options possible. Last year I purchased my vehicle (2025 equinox) from here and tacked on quite a bit of highway miles due to so many medical appointments out of town. Absolutely LOVED this vehicle. But due to medical reasons a truck was now required to better suit what I needed as in towing. I was fully prepared to be turn downed when I asked to trade back a compact suv with a lot more miles than it left with for somehow getting a truck. Instead they were very understanding and very sympathetic to everything I had going on. Absolutely incredible teamwork and Mateo yet again spent hours and even stayed past closing to make sure all of my needs and qualifications I wanted in a vehicle were met. Was never once felt rushed either. The person who does all the financing options will literally bend over backwards calling and trying to get you the lowest APR and payments possible (way cheaper than a bank I found out with our first time around). Then they also have a guy who handles all the added warranties now which is at unbeatable costs as well for everything that is covered. All staff I’ve come across there is respectful, caring, and professional. I could not be happier with Mateo and his coworkers! not once but twice now have they helped me find exactly what I’m needing. Thank you so much, made my husband and my life significantly less stressful and easier. Did I mention they did this all in one day! Actually less than 3hours! Fast, efficient, and hits the nail with the hammer on finding exactly what you want. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Mateo Muniz to anyone looking for an “honest” and hardworking salesman.

I Made An Appointment For 9-26-2024 @ 8:AM For A Lube Oil

I Made An Appointment For 9-26-2024 @ 8:AM For A Lube Oil & Filter W/ Tire Rotation And Transmission Flush Service @ 108,755 miles. Arrived On Time; As Always. The Tire Rotated Onto The Left-Front Driver Side Is Worn From Possible Improper Alignment Or Poor Tire Inflation, But Was Deemed Good. All 4 Tires Wasn't Inflated To Specs. Either, I Wasn't Informed About The Tire Issue At All. I'll Be Replacing All 4 Tires; Shortly, Before My Next Schedule Maintenance. I'm Hoping That The Transmission Filter Was Changed Outside Of The Just Flushing The Fluid. Otherwise, Great Facility And Staff; My Go To Place For All My 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco 1.4L Vehicle Maintenance.

I made an appointment for a 2pm oil change I arrived

I made an appointment for a 2pm oil change I arrived early I waited for over an hour .I also requested the tires be rotated. Not really upset about the wait, but my receipt stated the tires were rotated when they weren't.

My Family and I had traveled in from out of state to

My Family and I had traveled in from out of state to attend a military graduation. As soon as we got into town our vehicle died on the side of the road. I contact the service department and was told to bring the vehicle in. Walter Wyrick, Damion Wagner, and Chris Watters along with Dennis Roper and Glo Gordon give me faith in a car dealership again. They all worked together to make the few days that we where in Lawton as stress free as possible with it came to our vehicle. They managed to sores the parts need to repair my vehicle and had them overnighted to Lawton. Watching my child graduate from BCT was hard enough, but having a vehicle broke down in a different state and worrying about we where going to get home would have ruined any chance of us enjoying what little time we had with our child. This team had us back on the road and back home in two days of our vehicle going down. If the sales department is anything like the service group I just might be making a 9 hour drive back to Lawton to purchase my next new vehicle.
