Interested in maximum dollars available from any commodity, typical. Not so I much interested in finding what customer needs.

This is a very honest dealership. The owner was very sincere and forthright in making his deal for me. He had the best vehicle for me out of several I had found online, and gave me a very good price on it compared to the others I had found. I would buy from him again.

I had found a car with this dealership online thru Autotrader. I live in PA and I was looking for a car for my 76 year old mom. She recently renewed her license but has not driven consistently for almost 10 years. I found a Toyota matrix at TM Motors, the owner Toufic Masri, he was the guy that I dealt with via phone as my father and mother were limited in terms of their English. I spoke to Toufic and he told me that he can't discount the car even $1 and their is no negotiation. Well, I agreed and so I contacted my father and asked him to visit the dealership to check out the car. Mind you, my parents are senior citizens living off social security and they had saved their money to buy a car. Anyways, my parents thought the Toyota could be an option for them and decided to give Toufic $200 so they could think about it. The very next day, my parents went back to tell Toufic that they have decided not to buy since it was almost $8k and they did not want to buy a car with almost everything they had saved. They decide to buy a car for 5k that a family friend was nice enough to agree to sell to them. Toufic the owner, told my parents that he will not give them back their $200 and told my parents to leave. I don't know about TM Motors policy, but cmon taking $ 200 from senior citizens who are on a tight budget, not the kind of dealership I would ever recommend to anyone. He even tried to press them that they should buy a warranty. THEY WERE BUYING A TOYOTA SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY! We say karma has a way of biting you back, I only hope TM Motors take a close look at treating people kindly especially those who are helpless and poor.

They were incredibly kind and their prices were so reasonable compared to other places we visited. There was no need to haggle and they were very transparent with what exactly we were paying for. We love the car we bought, it was exactly what we were looking for!

THIS PLACE WILL ABSOLUTELY SAVE YOU A WHOLE LOT OF TIME!!!!!! I began my search in January of 2017 and after 5 weeks only found myself exhausted, frustrated, and still without a vehicle. I searched in Hollywood and Los Angeles and all I found were run-down dealerships and some well-kept but full of snakes. Most wanted down payments that will far too much. The mileage on the average vehicle in those areas was absurdly high for the prices and terms they were asking for. The cars were also lackluster for the prices being asked. I thought this was the common trait and steadied myself to make a decision with a sheisty company. They actually showed me a vehicle (and assured me they could hold it for 24hrs) and within an hour of me calling them back to begin the process of purchase, I was told that it had been sold but that another vehicle was available. Such a negative experience. TM MOTORS WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE which may a world of difference to a person stressed out from my search to purchase a worthwhile vehicle. I bought my vehicle from them in February and have had absolutely no problems with it. In fact I'm in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them before October is up. No gimmicks, just great cars, and I dealership that helps for repeat business so they treat everyone fairly. Before purchasing from them I tried one other company in Anaheim and found them to be completely Shady. They attempted to sell me a 2001 hybrid at a super high price (6000) because of his low mileage (30,000). When I took it to my mechanic it was easy for him to tell that the cells were about to give and that replacing it will cost me another $2,500. That kind of trickery will not occur with TM Motors. I'll check back in 6 months from now with an update, but I'm honestly telling you these guys provide a great experience and can work with most anyone's credit to get them in a great car Within 2 hours of walking in or less ?

the process was so easy and straight forward. Nothing was hidden. Purchase process was beyond my expectation. So far, vehicle is running great !

I was looking for a used Honda. Did a lot of search and TM Motors had the lowest price in Orange Couunty I went there skeptical as first. I brought my dad (a mechanic) along. I was amazed by how clean it was and my dad gave it two thumbs up. The staff was very accommodating and I go the extended warranty cheaper than I thought it would be. Very professional, very helpful and humble people. Would definitely come back.

Called to verify that the car was in their inventory. They responded kindly and told me that it was available and that I could give it a test drive if I pleased. Went and drove the car and liked it very much. The financing was very easy and fast. And they don't try to up sell anything else. I didn't feel nervous doing business with them and made sure that I was taken cared of. I would love to come back and do business again with Abraham and the boss.
