Tag was not taken care of in a timely manner. 30 day temporary tag was expired more than 14 days before received from this dealership. Purchased a used truck for cash on July 26, 2024 and was issued a temporary tag for 30 days. Salesman was the owner, Jack. The tag expired on August 23, 2024. Called the office several times a left messages concerning tag. I even provided the dealership with the transfer tag number. I requested the tag be mailed to my son address, where the truck is located. The tag arrived via mail to my home, 500 miles from where I requested it mailed, TODAY SEPTEMBER 6, 2024. 14 days after it expired. I still have to mail it to my son tomorrow!!

Elite in terms of biggest mistake.
This dealer at Elite Florida Cars / Elite Auto Mall / Elite Auto Sales sold us a 2006 Tundra that broke down on the way home. First, the entire headlight assembly came out on the road (and was never found again). Then, it overheated, so we called and I was assured that it would be fixed in me morning. 1. We took it back to the dealer and an hour later, I got a call that it was fixed. 2. It overheated on the way home again so we turned around and took it back. They kept it three weeks, told me they changed the thermostat and it was fixed. 3. On our way home, it overheated again, so we took it back again. They changed the thermostat again. 4. Again, it overheated on the way home, so we took it back on the way home, left it there, and walked home. 5. They said they fixed the fan clutch and it was fixed. We picked it up and drove it home. It got hot again on the way home. I called the dealer. The owner, Jack, told me to call the mechanic. The mechanic never answered the phone nor returned the call. I decided to take it to my mechanic. My mechanic fixed: 1. The water pump 2. Timing chain 3. Head gasket 4. Fuel pump This got it running for a week without overheating. Now it needs coils. The bill was $2,600. I took the invoice to the dealer and he said he would see what he could do for me. He asked me to give him until that Monday. 1. Every time I call, he’s never there. 2. When I call, he replies for me to call later. 3. It’s been almost 4 months of this nightmare. I’ve come to the conclusion that we won’t get justice in this matter. I would never recommend you buying a car from the owner, Jack. I would not trust him to keep his word. Warn as many people as you can to never buy a car there.

Crooks
Bought a car from them in November the following week the check engine light came on. Was told it was the O2 sensor. Had it checked out and a major oil leak. January the care broke down, front differential broke. 2 weeks of calling them and no response. Since January til now 4/14/23 car is still sitting, not running and waiting for the repo man. 10k to fix.

These people stood behind the car they sold me :)
I bought an older Ford F150 here. The sale guy was knowledgeable about the truck and honest about the few thing it needed. I bought the car on a saturday an on tuesday it wouldn't start. The dealer came and got it to fix. The next day I picked up the truck with a new battery and a tuneup. No problems since with the old truck.

Horrible
Horrible service, rude salesman, bought used vehicle with MANY problems and many was stolen from me! Also was sexually harassed by everyone there! Will never buy or recommend them to anyone for anything!

Terrible experience
Car extremely misrepresented- which led us to buy :( it- problems since turning the key in their lot after they took our $! Had and still has serious problems even after repairs !

Great Salesmen, Great cars
I came to Elite Auto Mall to purchase a used vehicle. I had $1,000.00 to put down on car. The second i came on the lot, Thomas was there to assist me. I have never met a more polite, honest and helpful salesman before. I did not feel like i was being pushed into anything, nor did i feel like i was just a customer. I bought my vehicle from them, a BMW, about a year ago and it continues to keep me happy. I will always recommend this place to all my friends, and i tell them to go see Thomas at Elite Auto Mall.
