This was my first visit since car purchase. Martin was very personable, helpful and patient. The service was pretty fast and they were able to accommodate on short notice. The one thing I really wished for was USB plug-in ports in the waiting area (like in airport lounges) to charge my phone while I waited. I look forward to coming back.

I had a recall notice and tried to get time to have it done,I called a few times and finally got Luis who did a great job working with me.I had being told by a other Toyota dealer that they would have to remove the gas tank to do the recall, Luis knows quite a lot about Toyota, he told me the recall was a airbag recall and not fuel related. When I was young I work in service dept.for many years,and I saw a young man with a great future. congrats to this Toyota Dealer, I saw a very good future for all who work here. The personal new what they were doing, very courteous. The explained every procedure they were going to do on my 4Runner. They did oil change and body of the 4Runner. The only thing I found out the 4Runner had a small chip paint pill off from the 4Runner after they brought in my vehicle, I don't remember turning it like that, neither the person who check my vehicle. Other than that good service

Ever since I bought my vehicle back in 2016 I always look for Marty if I have any problems with my vehicle and he always takes real good care of me. As long as I have my vehicle I will keep coming back to do business with Brownsville Toyota and Marty Rodriguez.
