Happy customer

I wanted to wait to leave a review so I could leave an honest review about the car I bought it been about 3 or 4 months now. I'm totally still HAPPY. I trust these guys will continue to do their best they can by their customers.

A lemon ��

The car we bought was advertised as ‘air conditioning’, however, when we arrived at the lot, they said it didn’t work. My husband asked how much to fix it and they said $400, which he paid. After it was ‘fixed’ the air conditioning went out on the 4 mile drive home. Took it back and the mechanic said ‘well it doesn’t have to have air’ (we live in Florida). Left it again and picked it up with the same problem. I don’t doubt that they may have put a new part in, but it was obviously defective!! All we asked for was the $400 we paid extra for AIR. We have called and stopped by numerous times, with a promise of a ‘call back’ which has NEVER happened since July, 2018. The brakes were also faulty, which my husband had to replace. My advice is buyer beware, because they obviously do NOT check their vehicles out before they sell them. Terribly disappointing to deal with a car lot who doesn’t keep one single promise. We have had to expend about $1,600 extra to get all the problems in the car fixed.

We are sorry this customer is unhappy as he bought an $1800 that he bought with not working a/c. he paid us to fix the a/c which we replaced the compressor with a used one, put in a used condenser, new dryer and new expansion valve had it working fine, then get a call from a "repair shop" that he paid again, to do the same thing we already did. They told him we did not replace anything, which was a lie and he chooses to believe them. I am sorry this happened to you but this was not our fault and wish you didn't feel that way.

A bunch of lying crooks !!

Go anywhere but here. They promise but don't anything and give nothing. Paid extra for car to fix a\c . They jacked me around for a month and never fixed it. They ,of course, refuse to refund the extra I paid and will not return phone calls. I a sure this post will be deleted quickly.

Had a good experience with Seth Lee Auto

I needed a car after my car broke down and it wasn't worth the cost to fix. I dealt with Chris at the Tavares location. Price was an important issue in my case and Chris made a suggestion about one of the cars on the lot. I searched all their cars online overnight and read all the Carfax records for all of them. I ended up with the same opinion about which car I thought seemed like the best deal in my price range. I appreciated that he pointed me to that particular vehicle as he could easily have pointed me to something else. I would do business with them again.

Top notch 5 star quality service done right!

I'm so happy! I would go through it all again no problem! Jason Lee got the price and down payment I needed and got me financing just like that! I would check out the inventory and find something you like can't go wrong! I would buy another car again from the Lee Family been there for years.

True to his word. Honest

Jason is an honest guy. We had a great, easy purchase experience. We ran into some mechanicak trouble. Jason gave us a comperable vehicle to drive AND the option to switch uf we liked the "loaner" better. At the end of the day we respect each other all the more and are mutually pleased with the outcone of our deal!!

Trouble with my vehicle

I had a great buying experience. I seem to be running into the quality of the vehicle. I have not made my first payment and my vehicle would not start Sunday for church, we missed. I texted and emailed. I was told it would be taken care of Monday, as they are closed on Sunday. Later in the day the car started, took it to two shops...Replaced battery. I thought I was good. Monday it would not start again. Here I sit (12:56pm) waiting for response from the dealer who has known since yesterday my car is not working. I am missing work and time is ticking as to how/what will be done. Hoping his word yesterday to straighten this out TODAY was true. UPDATE TO FOLLOW

Although it says update to follow in the review above, this person did not follow up. We worked things out and she told us she would take this review off and leave a positive review. We did not anticipate for there to be any issues with the vehicle but we came to a resolution by allowing her to return the vehicle and gave her a full refund. We wish her well.

Fast and easy with no pressure

Let's face it, car shopping/buying can be terrible. Not at Seth Lee. Because of MY time limitations, Jason worked with me online and by phone for me to submit my documentation. I saw a vehicle online, called to ask the terms and he asked ME what I could do. Of course you can't be unreasonable with what you ask. the evening I had everything together, he stayed open late to accomodate my week's unusual hours. I now own a vehicle that will fit my family, be paid off on shorter terms than dealers and got it all with a nice smile and handshake.
