Not trustworthy
I posted a review a few months ago. The person answering the reviews is the same person you talk to when you call corporate office to report a problem. Stacy cleary said to me that it doesn't matter what I write since she is the one that answers the reviews. Also they try to make you beleive that they are working with you to make it right after they sold me a car that had a major accident not disclosed, but in reality they just offer to sell you another car and take back the other one with you loosing the dealers fee already paid. So they make the money twice on you. Finally they had offered to give $500 back toward the repairs I did at the Toyota dealer for $2300., it's been over 1 month and I am still waiting for the check. Torey the manager is not answering my texts anymore. Stay away from buying a car there

Jessie, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. There are a few points that need to be clarified in this review. We encourage our customers to leave reviews detailing their experiences with Florida Fine Cars. The statement in your review stating that customer review does not matter is false. According to your statement, you planned to post reviews on every site concerning your experience. We told you had the right to do so, but that the solutions discussed over the phone would be written in the response. It is exactly what Florida Fine Cars offered you, but you declined. Regarding the $500 dollars offer by Torrey this was declined twice as this was in efforts to help you with a repair bill that you authorized before contacting Florida Fine Cars for assistance. Florida Fine Cars does not pay outside venders for any repairs. Carfax and AutoCheck detailed vehicle histories are provided to each customer. Two months after purchasing the vehicle, Florida Fine Cars offered you the opportunity to trade it out. We could not exchange the vehicle as it already has a lien on it, and it passed our 3-day return or 5-day exchange policy. We also offered to give you more than the selling price. Additionally, we help you search through our inventory for vehicles in your price range, color and mileage. Unfortunately, we did not come to an agreement until now that you're requesting the initial $500 that was offered from the beginning. We hope that this clears up any miscommunication or confusion.
