Mike Bingham was my salesman. He was very polite and respectful. I bought a Honda Element. It’s an awesome ride. I recommend them. Go check ‘em’ out.

We bought a truck with 140,000. Then, than 3 months later the transmission is gone. $6500 repair. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

Bought a used car from them that after driving a little over 3,000 miles on it and having multiple issues there is no way the dealer was not aware of them before my purchase. Car only has 53K miles on it now (49K when I bought it).

I was very scared to buy a car from a smaller independent dealership. I had been ripped off years ago at the bigger Infinity Dealership too. I lived through a LEMON that was a total money magnet! I have been burnt MANY times by MANY places since my husband passed. Unfortunately, SOME women get taken advantage of, because of their lack of knowledge concerning "CAR or GUY stuff" . Repairs etc. I am SURE some MEN do too! Swindlers usually don't care what gender you are. A friend told me about a gentleman he goes to church with that he TRUSTED. Everyone ALWAYS has "A GUY", lol, but in this case it worked out extremely well for me! Karl ( the owner of Triumph Auto ) made certain that I was taken care of from the beginning to the end of the buying process. Dean ,my salesman ,searched everywhere for the car I THOUGHT I wanted, and we came very close. In the end I found a beautiful car that I had no idea I could afford. The car I bought was crossed off of my list early in my search, because I was CERTAIN that I could NOT afford it. Dean was extremely patient with me & all my requests, and bless his heart he searched everywhere for weeks for the car I had requested, & we FOUND many , but he was very honest with me on each one we found. When he would say, "You don't want this car"., or "this one is just ok" , My brother, was also looking out for me too, and he would call & tell me about the report on each car. Its not that I didnt trust them, i just didnt know them. Dean was ALWAYS spot on! He treated me with RESPECT. He was HONEST about everything. Dean went above and beyond the call to help me. These people don't follow you around on the lot & try to high pressure you into buying something . If you see something you like, I KNOW they will help you & give you an honest & fair deal. You don't know ME, and I didn't know THEM either, but I have shopped everywhere, and have gone down MANY rabbit holes online & locally, for almost a year in search of THE PERFECT car. My DREAM car was on this lot the whole time! I got EXACTLY the type vehicle I wanted, A BETTER MAKE, with ALL the options, and because they made me such a great DEAL on the price, I was able to add Gap & a Warranty for peace of mind. I will leave a follow up review on SERVICE after the SALE, but if SERVICE is anything like the actual buying process, I don't see ANY problems. I would HIGHLY recommend Triumph Auto Sales. 👍👍👍👍👍

I was on the lot for a while a few days ago and no one ever came out to assist me. I even looked at some cars that were parked in the front of the building, someone saw me but still no help. The website says 1 owner but when you look at the report it has several previous owners.

Had the vehicle that I was interested in looking at, However the censer light was on. The dash board was light up Very shadey people

1- I was looking for a Benz car whose price was almost reasonable, and then I found out in your content that the titel is not clean. 2- The price of the rest of your cars is very high and higher than the market price.

Worst car buying experience ever! From beginning to end it was awful. Sold me a lemmon, engine blew in less than 6 mo & could not get the owner or manager to talk to me face to face despite 2 attempts to do so. They were there in the building just hid from me & sent the body shop guy out to talk. What cowards. So when the mgr Jay did call me back , 2 days later, of course they couldn't do anything for me. This place has shady business practices from the the 3 page title they handed me to the crappy customer service, bad just all bad! Would NOT recommend this night mare to anyone.

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Have two minor things to resolve involving parts not arriving.

Looked at a 2013 3 Series CV. Price had dropped by $1000.to $17899. Dealership would not negotiate price on my trade, 2014 Mustang CV. They offered only $11000. This car has been on that lot for more than 2 months. You would think for that good sale price, the car would have sold by now. It is still there.
