Sales process was typical. The representative gave the impression that there were sales options that could affect the price. None materialized after he checked with his manager. Follow up was less than timely and incomplete in some cases. Documentation fees are twice the average for Kentucky. Expect an old school sales approach.

Since we live in Cincinnati, we were able to secure financing ahead of time, making the paperwork so quick and smooth when we arrived! Wallace was great to work with (financing) and the dealership is beautiful and everyone was very professional!

I just purchased a used truck from here, and it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and there were no high pressure tactics or other uncomfortable methods used to try and get me to purchase a vehicle. The sticker price on the truck was already a fair price, however, they were happy to work with me to bring the price down for a great deal. The facility itself is very nice, which may be expected from a luxury vehicle dealership, but it made the brief waiting period very comfortable and relaxing. I am very pleased with my car buying experience at Infiniti of Lexington and would purchase another vehicle from them tomorrow. Thanks for everything Michael and Leonard.

My first Infinity after three Lexuses. While satisfied with Lexus, I love my QX 50. Ride and handling is superior and for less money. Also, did not have to spend the whole day at the dealership to get the deal done. Would highly recommend Infinity of Lexington.
