sales man devon sold us a car for 29000 that was worth only about 18000 plus the car had very high mileage at the time now we have negative equity only a year later the car is now worth 11000 devon the sales man and manager srewed us big time i will never buy another car again from sansone auto all they care about is money jot the people 😡

Place is a joke and so is the finance manager. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Dont bother wasting your time. Joke of a dealership!

Horrible Place!
Do not go to this place..They are a bunch of liars. I purchased a car in July and it is already in the shop with engine failure, i had it less than two months. I foolishly drove the car of the lot with a hole in the carpet, I was assured by the salesperson that the carpet would be replaced asap. They still have not replaced it. The service center said that they did not even have the approval to replace the carpet. I have been told one lie after another from the managers, to the sales reps. No matter how desperate you are you will regret going to Sanson JR.

I found a good deal in their dealership, best in 50 mile radius. Walked in, got a deal and drove home in new car all in 3 hours .

Bait and Switch
Pretty bad experience. Thursday - Saw their ad, filled it out. Got a text immediately and a call. Spoke the next day and went in and I really only had about an hour. Test drove a couple of cars, found one I liked. Was very firm on what I was looking to pay. Had the manager saying one thing and the sales rep saying another. At the end of the day the car that I liked didn’t “book out” as they said. So instead they gave me a more expensive and newer car. I literally told them I didn’t want to pay more than 10 -15k and the car I wanted was only 13. The car they wanted to get me in was also $150 a month over what I was looking to pay. I get a call after being there for over 2.5 hours by the manager saying I got you approved for $399 a month. Still $100 over where I needed to be for a car I didn’t want. I get a call (Saturday) from a rep saying they have me approved for the car I wanted and when can I come in. I told them that we are both in sales so let’s not waste time, what’s the number. I get a text from the manager saying it’s $329 a month and we agreed to the terms of what I would bring in/trade etc. I get a call from another rep about a new more expensive car saying he’s prepping the paperwork. I told him it’s the wrong car. The manager calls me back to tell me that it didn’t book out after telling me for 4 days that it did, up until the last couple of hours. He then gets an attitude with me because I’m aggravated by the situation and I say I appreciate you working on this but because I didn’t want the more expensive car he says I’m not appreciative. He goes on to say how much the car is worth and why it won’t book out. So how about charging me what the car is worth instead of scamming me and maybe we’ll do business, but until then that’s the Definition of bait and switch and definitely not Ethical sales tactics.

Don't buy here treat you great until they get $$$
At first speaking to them was great willing to help with payments and car even credit issues. There were a couple issues during the process but they are a scam since I made the down payments. I cannot get a call back I still have not received my plate that they give you when you buy a car the temporary one is almost 30 days expired getting an answer or reply from them is like asking one of them toy 8 xxxxx a question ... Better luck next time or ask again in a couple months. but they took the money for it really fast the salesmen even gave me his personal number when I was shopping . Anything Question you have while paying down payments to them there right on it best people ever .but when you need help after they receive their money good luck . you're on your own they will not give me another temporary plate and just keep telling me my plates are on the way I just got into the Union so in another week when everything is finalized I am getting my union lawyer and going after them for my plates or the money to go somewhere else and get them their customer service after payments are received is non-existent TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SCAM DON'T DO IT

What a wonderful experience buying the dodge with retractable seats, thank you Hellen and Joseph for indulging me, and listening to my story with patience. - I drove to Sansone Jr.and I didn't know how to get my other car home I live one hour and half away and without an issue Hellen and Joseph quickly arranged for me to get my new car home. -I couldn't get my insurance Hellen and Joseph quickly arranged that for me. - today I went to pick up my plates and they still went above and beyond to make sure I had both front and back plates fixed, there was no place to fix the front plates and Hellen quickly found solutions for me to be reimbursed what I use to fix. - Joseph was ready for me with my missing mats, extra key and checked for me the spare tire and tools. I can't wait to buy my next car. God willing. Thank you Hellen and Joseph for everything. This is the only place to buy a car: Hellen and Joseph I pray for you twice as much happiness and trouble free experience's as you gave me.
