BEWARE OR BE RIPPED OFF

financed a used car on 9/27/18 and traded in my old car. I had the car for 2 weeks before someone from the dealership called and said i needed to come in. came in they said the deal came back from the bank we are looking for new financing. A week later 10/11/18 i get another phone calling stating i had 48 hours to return the car. before the 48 hours were up the finance manager had the car repossessed(10/12/18). they are now refusing to return my downpayment (5,000) and hiding my bmw (trade in) (10/13/18). i was not allowed to retrieve my belongs from the car that was towed.

Hello. Purchasing a vehicle and receiving Financing from any lender is a very responsible action; it is an agreement between the Buyer and the Lender. The Lenders provide a customer with Financing and at the same time, they expect the buyer to maintain his responsibility of paying the Lender the monthly amount due. Unfortunately, we do not know the specific details of why your vehicle was repossessed, but usually this is a result of the customer not paying for he monthly amount due to the Lender. maybe it's ok

I've called about a particular car. It was not available, although the manager on the phone said the opposite. The manager proposed options that did not even come close to the desired option. Don't want to come back.

Kia optima

Went in to see cars. Bumped into a old friend of my mother's, diana. His name was juan valasquez He was a blessing. Took his time and showed all cars I'm interested in. Bought a Kia. He is a patient man and honest man. He is a great person.
