I had just started out looking for a good used car and on my second stop was Ganley Chevy and at that time one of the salesmen Josh greeted my husband and I very professional and he received the information on what we were looking for and then he went far and beyond to assist my husband and I to get what we wanted he explained to us about the store down the road that has a greater selection than the one that we were at and even let us test drive the one that was at the site and go to the other site where we saw the one that was even greater and because of that we have a beautiful chevy cruise that I will have a long time and if I decide to ever get another one it will be with Ganley

Ruth and Michael were very helpful with our shopping experience. My husband and I were able to purchase our cars together a few weeks ago. When I stopped I was greeted by a friendly sales person. He directed to me the cars that interested me. He was knowledgeable about each of cars I asked about. It was a very good experience. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Their only concern is to make a sale. I had planned on purchasing a vehicle through Ganley auto and I had placed a large cash deposit down. Unfortunately there were unforeseen life changes that altered my abilities to move forward with the purchase. There were no automatic returns of my deposit on my card. I have had to make the attempts to contact them on the need for MY money back. Here I am weeks later still haven’t received my cash deposit back. I have made several attempts to contact still no outcome. Be careful working with Ganley auto they have no concern for the individuals they deal with only the money they are after. They are thief’s. Very disappointing.

I am very surprised going to this small building. I drove up and got to work with Ross immediately and I was very pleased with his service from the first moment I met him and he went beyond what the last two months have offered me of constant car searching with disappointment followed by disappointment. He was so nice to work with and a real concerned gentleman, someone you would rather call a friend than a salesman. Ruth was a lot of personality and gave it to me straight as I was over extending myself it appears and worked with me on a deal. I have not yet closed the deal because I am in decisive but overall I am happy with what was offered from Ross and crew. I recommend this dealership and it is a great environment where I had no pressure.

Hands down the best experience at a car dealership ever! The building is clean and modern, every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Steve Deszi was an amazing salesman! My husband needed a new car badly. We was driving around looking for cars on a Sunday. My husband came back on the Monday and Ruth greeted him. She was so nice. I came back on Saturday test drive the car. Both Ruth and salesmen Micheal was the best. They really helped us out so we could get into the car we wanted. I would really recommend them. Fabulous Salesman Michael and Finance Manager Ruth were respectful, kind, honest, helpful and conscientious. They focused on meeting all of my needs and requirements and showed me a selection of beautifully maintained cars that were exactly right for me. Ruth went the extra mile to find the financing deal that was exactly right for me. I have not had such pleasure doing business in years. Cannot recommend more highly. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.
