Best car buying experience I've ever had!! The facilities and staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and overall contributed to a relaxing environment for making a life changing purchase!! Fair, knowledgeable and thorough. I know every salesperson is not up "to speed" on every vehicle. But, it would be nice to have had someone knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought who could walk me through all the bells and whistles of my "new" vehicle. It isn't the easiest thing to do to read through the whole manual to know what all the bells and whistles are or do. A detailed walk through at the time of delivery would have been very nice.

We got a welcome appraisal on our trade-in. Austin Chavez was as helpful as he good be. The paperwork and time it took to complete the transaction was far too laborious.

Unwilling to provide me even an approximate good faith evaluation of what my trade is worth without bringing it in to the store. I'm disabled and trip is a hardship I'm unwilling to endure if I don't have any idea of what to expect. Lots of car dealers out there. I'll shop somewhere else.

Parker helped us buy our new truck. The whole experience was so different than every other dealer we've worked with in the past. No haggling, no finance manager pushing warranties on us. It was just a quick and easy test drive, and then paperwork. In and out! Their financing wasn't as good as our own credit union, and they didn't fuss or push us to use theirs. Thanks Carmax!

Vehicle had damage which wasn't stated in advertisement. Wasn't at all what I thought it would have been.
