Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg is a great Dealership! My new Crosstrek is everything I wanted in a safe and crossover SUV. Best of all, I very much appreciated the salesperson?s sales and customer care skills. I have purchased new 5 vehicles in the past and he was the most informed and honest Sales Associate that I have ever worked with. He expertly answered all of my questions and I never felt that infamous ?new-car sales pressure? to immediately close the deal. The final price of my Crosstrek was very fair along with the trade on my Malibu. The follow-up appointment 2 weeks later for the 90-minute review of the safe driver and other electronics was outstanding. We now own 2 Subaru.

Love my 2019 Forester Touring
I started my research on Faulkner Subaru's website and all or my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. When I arrived to test drive the Forester I was interested in, I was greeted right away and introduced to Courtney Gibbs, who had been briefed by the internet department on everything we had discussed so far...I didn't have to start over from the beginning! Great Service Department!
I've been driving Subarus for over 30 years. In that time I have interacted with a few dealerships and service departments. Faulker Mechanicsburg has seriously beat them all. Not even a close contest. A bottle of water is a small thing, but having one available while waiting is priceless. Simple gestures like that along with a staff that actually has people skills will keep me coming back.

Faulkner Subaru, Mechsburg, Pa and 2019 Forester
I am a 5 time Subaru Buyer. 2019 Forester has more distracting and fussy standard electronic features than I want but many of the standard features are much improved over previous versions. "Progress" is not always for the best however, in my opinion. Faulkner dealership does super job of handling customers but is very busy. I was treated with every possible courtesy and each person knew their job well. A pleasure to find competence in everybody involved. "Encore" review of all features after two weeks was especially helpful and a pleasant conclusion of purchase experience.

PA Inspection and Oil Change
The PA Inspection went well. While I was there the technician noticed that my vehicle as due for an oil change. He asked me if I wanted to have the oil change done. I told him to do the oil change which he did. It was great that the technician checked everything out and told me about needing an oil change. I was pleased with my service.

Love my ride
I took awhile to go through with my purchase and they worked with me. Got the best rate. Follow up is excellent with all the questions on how things work with all the high tech stuff. Totally recommend buying a Subaru here

Good dealership
I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.

Don't Bother
We went to see two vehicles the salesperson Cindy said she would have there and available for test drive (this was an hour before we left our house) We drove 40 miles to the dealership and were handed to an associate who was not Cindy (who I had communicated with for a week) and didn't know anything about us. Neither vehicle was present for test drive, and there was a totly different vehicle there. It was very frustrating since another dealership did similar to us the night before. I will give them that they at least gave me a $25 card as an act of good faith for wasting our time - better than the other dealer but still bad business.
