Chris, the service manager and Kyle, the mechanic took

Chris, the service manager and Kyle, the mechanic took very good care of my car and me. The car may be beginning to have electronic gremlins. Kyle narrowed it down to the front control module while they found no faults, was able to get the car running again. And Chris kept me updated with timely reports. I am appreciative of their efforts.

Worst sales experience of any Porsche, BMW or Mercedes

Worst sales experience of any Porsche, BMW or Mercedes dealer I?ve bought cars from over the past 20 years. Not responsive to text or phone calls. Certified service missed a factory recall for a software repair and failed to notice that the inside of the front windows were badly scratched. The only bright spot was the finance mgr, he did a great job.

Buying a high end car out of state can be a somewhat

Buying a high end car out of state can be a somewhat unsettling proposition. But from the moment l spoke with my first contact, who would become my salesman Mr Roy Roth the process was seamless. He answered all my questions in a very patient and thoughtful manner. l would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership. l also had occasion to speak with Mr Edwin Kratzat a sales manager who helped to get me the price l was comfortable with. And finally the finance manager Colleen O'Leary who also helped in getting not only a price l could live with but also a rate that helped secure the deal. l highly recommend Southpoint Porsche if you are serious about owning a Porsche which can only be described as a work of art. Class is a word that would best describe them which is nice to find in today's world..

I had the privilege of working with Alex Roth at Porsche

I had the privilege of working with Alex Roth at Porsche Southpoint and it was an exceptional experience. I was looking to acquire the new 992.2 version of the 911, and there were no coupe allocations available. The tariff situation complicated things even more. Alex stayed in constant communication with me and offered me an incoming 992.2 with an outstanding build. They were very fair with my trade and coordinated my paperwork seamlessly as my travel schedule is challenging. This was a tremendous experience, and I will continue to be a customer. If you are in the market, go see Alex Roth!
