Wish I could mark zero stars! Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Drove two hours to look at a car that was listed at $16,499. Liked it and asked to see price on paper out the door. Would not put it on paper and would only say around $20k. This mathematically did not make sense. After multiple attempts to get a price on paper so we could see where the extra money was being tacked on, they finally told us about a $2500 pre owned certification fee. Shady people and awful sales etiquette. Do not waste time!!!

I had a horrible experience with NJ Used Car Center. We drove 4 hours to this dealership to purchase a car and when we got there, they tried to mark up the car $4,000 with hidden fees. The seller contacted us multiple times as I was driving there. They pre-approved my wife for a car, and we asked about the final price of the car and any fees and were never told anything about the additional $4,000 while on the phone. She also had her own financing and was prepared to pay MD state taxes and registration, but they wanted $4,000 on top of that. They trick customers by rolling this fee into their own financing, so unless you have your own financing, you will never know! This is shady and low integrity! Absolutely no transparency!

They were very professional and friendly. Going the extra mile by calling the bank multiple times to get me a better deal and expedite the process. Definitely recommend.

Great experience at here! Edwin helped me out, got everything done quickly, and really knew his cars. Didn’t have to waste hours like at other dealerships where salesmen just joke around. Mo, the manager, was transparent about the whole process. Very professional would definitely recommend!

This review is for anthony the sales manager at new jersey used cars center how dare u acused us of being the one who caused damage to the vechcle this is 2021 that should have being in good driving.condition ,now after bringing it to your attention mins after leaving the dealership that there was a loud sound coming from under the vechicle we told u we were coming back right away and instructed us to come the following day when the mechanic could look at the ve chcle its been a.month on u were the one that.confess to us that the .mechanic overlooked checking the linkage on the strouts and we are still getting the run ground from u and u are now pointing fingers at us as to y the vechicle is in that condition poeple please be careful of this car dealership all they want is your money after taking your money and give u faulty vechicle they act as if itsnot there responsibility to get the issue sorted out customer service is verypoor after they took your money

I prefer NJ used cars center because the team are so helpful and the employee Alex was so nice with me so I’m glad to talk with him.

Ms Thompson really help my family out she worked with my cousin to get a vehicle and he was so happy that she was there she explained everything paperwork, car, everything thank you, Ms Thompson .

Purchased vehicle for my son first week of June , salesman Mido very helpful overall great experience. Downfall We are NY residents so we was given Temporary plates . I've been calling everyday to see where are our permanent NY plates and have been getting the run around. I was told that they can not issue another set of temporary plates being the temporary plates we have are already registered (1st lie) Then I was also told that of we * NY residents get pulled over being our temporary plates expire they ( dealership) will pay for tickets, without them thinking any tickets obtained will be marked on your driving record. Then I was also told that I can make an illegal police report claiming temporary plates are stolen in order to obtain another set of temporary plates. This has put a bad taste in my mouth in regards to the amazing experience I initially had with NJ Used car. Advise if you are not coming in with your own plates to transfer I'm highly suggesting for dealership to give you the title on site so you can go to DMV and do the leg work yourself. Or for them to hire an experienced DMV clerk so customers like myself won't be dealing with the xxxx run around and the back and forth. Not a happy customer with this company 😒!
