Where do I start...the process was actually fairly quick smooth. I found the dealer online highly rated. When I arrived they had the vehicle I searched for but ended up closing another vehicle on the lot. They have a very wide selection of really nice cars. The finance process was great especially since I have very low credit but good or history. They can be a little pushy they are sales men. Overall I'm satisfied with the process and product! And don't forget ask for TIM!

When you go there you will find out what I'm talking about . Great sales staff . The sales manager Alex was knowlagable about everything . The facility it self was amazing ( brand new) . I will refer everyone to this dealership . They work with you with everything . They have buy here pay here option . That you don't need full cover insurance . They work with all different kind of income even unemployment letter . Try NJ used car center in Irvington and Ask for Dave and Alex.

David, Alex , and Well were great. I give them all 5stars, the process from picking my car to purchasing my vehicle they made me feel very comfortable. They made sure i was a happy customer, I recommend all of my friend's and family to purchase from N.J. used cars.

I was disappointed by my experience. We called ahead to check the availability of a specific used car we were interested in buying and set a time for an appointment, and the representative confirmed the car was available and would be ready for a test drive. A representative even called before we arrived, confirming that we were coming in. When we arrived, we found that the car was not even on site but was being inspected at a repair shop several miles away. The representative had eye-balled a car she thought was the right one and never bothered to check (the sales manager said she was new). The sales manager called the repair shop and told us the car wasn't on the lift yet and we could test drive it, so we agreed to drive over to the repair shop (a 20-minute ride through traffic) where we found the car on the lift, and two other cars needed to be moved to access it. The sales manager wasn't knowledgeable about the car and didn't know how to use the computer settings or note that all the tires were different, though he did offer to buy us coffee at the shop since he saw we were getting agitated. (No thanks...just the test drive that we came for from New York City...) The repair mechanic seemed like a good guy. We probably would have committed to buying the car if the experience had been better. As it was, I told the sales manager to contact me when the car was finished being inspected and he told me he would and tried to schedule another appointment for us to come back in two days (without knowing whether the inspection would be finished or repairs would be necessary??) I said no thanks, just let me know what you find and give me a call. No call, and the car was sold a few days later. As my wife mused, "It seems like they don't really care about selling cars." Facilities were adequate...the cars aren't packed in quite as close as other lots in the area.

New Jersey Used Cars Center is by far the best place to go and get a car. the people there are very kind and helpful! THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!!
