Wish I could leave a positive review as this is the closest dealership to my house but my experience with their service department was terrible. Took my car in for its scheduled maintenance, and the gentleman that scheduled my appointment was fantastic but that's where it ended. After spending almost $600 with them, they tried to upsell me an additional $300 in unnecessary services using scare tactics that were nothing more than lies. They claimed that injector service was required every 30k miles and that due to Oregon's "unregulated" diesel it was even more imperative to have it done. A) it is not a required service on VW factory maintenance at 30k mile intervals and B) Oregon's diesel quality is regulated. Also that tire rotation that's a part of the 50k mile service...never happened. The final straw was discovering that they had spilled AdBlue DEF fluid all over the carpet of my trunk and left it to crystallize. After 4 half hearted attempts by their "service manager" to clean it, there is still DEF in the carpet. So if you want a service department that tries to scare you into unnecessary services and will leave your car a mess, and leave you needing to spend more money elsewhere to finish the job you paid them for and clean up after them, this is your place.

Miss priced van
They had a van listed but forgot a 0 so the price was the actual price was off considerably from the advertised. They responded promptly to my email asking about it.

DON'T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!! I rarely write online reviews, but the service was so bad at Power VW service department that I felt obliged to warn others. 1) They don't fix the problem that you bought the car in for. My car left the lot with the same mechanical problem which another mechanic fixed at a fraction fo the cost. 2) They damage the car. My car had three new problems that did not exist previously after its visit to Power VW. 3) They state things are wrong with the car that are not. Example they said I had a "severe roof leak" and wanted to charge over $400 to "diagnose" the problem. Needless to say, there was no roof leak. Go to Salem or Eugene if you really need a VW service dealership. Stay away at all costs from Power VW dealership in Corvallis, OR.

Kari is not your typical ?sales person? which made it much more comfortable since I was located over 700 miles away and interested in a vehicle at Power Buick GMC Volkswagen of Corvallis. Never have I had THIS kind of Experience!
After several weekends car shopping all the local Eugene dealerships, I found my way to Power of Corvallis. Having dealt with so many "typical car salesmen". I had the good fortune to be greeted by Nicole Roka. She was very personable and highly knowledgable and not at all the " typical car salesman type". The process of finding the right car for me was her main concern and she did listen and gave me several choices to pick from, even offered to bring in cars from other Power dealerships. After she found the right car to fit my needs, she worked hard to get me financed in the range I was most happy with. She made a dreaded car buying experience into a fun and nearly painless purchase. She posted a picture of my wife and I with our new car online and has called to make sure we were still pleased with our choice of car. Oh and she even remembered my birthday last week with a nice phone call. So Power of Corvallis earned my business and Nicole Roka earn my trust and appreciation. I will be back to see her again to get my wife's next car.

I sold cars for both V.W. and Porsche and I must say working with Mike F. was a professional pleasure because the man knows his product, which I consider most important, and he was so willing and happy to help my wife and I on each and every of the four occasions I visited Power's. There was no question for Mike too complex nor any detail of the test ride and sale too tiresome for his personable and intelligent attention.
