Went in to service my 2021 330i.

Went in to service my 2021 330i. They fixed my check engine light and purge valve quickly and gave me an awesome price. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was fixed by end of the day!

The high level of integrity, professionalism and sincere

The high level of integrity, professionalism and sincere respect is so evident in all of the staff at this dealership. Especially, Haley whom I have had the pleasure of working with on both cars. To be greeted by name and with her big smile sets the tone immediately. She is very prompt in returning calls and texts and is so willing to resolve any concerns I made have.

My rating is of Courtney Gale, Business Manager, specifically - while there were some hurdles to clear with my out of state purchase, and the overall state of the vehicle, she was exceptional. She helped me significantly, and was follow up on the status of my car on her days off, after hours and on the weekends. I requested a quote on a M2, specs of vehicle sent to dealership from BMW, a general form email reply received..Like most dealers, their rep seemed more interested in getting a phone number rather than putting a quote in writing, this is a tactic most dealerships use so they can give you a number over the phone, raise it when you're in the door.. Watch out for this place.
