I recently purchased a vehicle from Dennis. He made sure to find me exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I love the car and would highly recommend Dennis and this dealership. I was definitely taken care of throughout this process .

I am a repeat customer of Dennis Smith. He worked tirelessly to ensure that my complex transaction was seamless (two trade-ins for a new vehicle). He ran point with all the stakeholders to get me into my new car with kettle effort on my part. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and simply a pleasure to work with. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore. Kudos to Hoffman BMW for having someone like Dennis on the team.

Went in to service my 2021 330i.

Went in to service my 2021 330i. They fixed my check engine light and purge valve quickly and gave me an awesome price. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was fixed by end of the day!

The high level of integrity, professionalism and sincere

The high level of integrity, professionalism and sincere respect is so evident in all of the staff at this dealership. Especially, Haley whom I have had the pleasure of working with on both cars. To be greeted by name and with her big smile sets the tone immediately. She is very prompt in returning calls and texts and is so willing to resolve any concerns I made have.
