The trade in value was an insult.
The trade in value was an insult. And the finance person was not very understanding and was high pressure. They would not give us the military discount because my husband could not remember his log in to the VA. That was an insult to veterans!!!!!!

My experience was amazing. I flew in from Washington state to purchase my new ChevyZR2. They sent Jim to pick us up from the airport who was right on time and a pleasure to ride with. We arrived and Shane B. (Our salesman) and our new truck was ready go. No xx, no hidden fees, these guys are great!

The experience from start to finish was pretty seamless! I never had any issues in regards to the purchase of the vehicle ! I dealt with Adam on the sale end of it and Heath on financing end and both were superb. I appreciate the generosity and professionalism they showed. Wonderful experience !!

We purchased a car last year in November for my son to
We purchased a car last year in November for my son to learn and drive this August. We put less than 1000 miles on it and the transmission went out. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty but they still charged me my deductible. Fair but not best practice in my opinion. Then the car sat in shop for three weeks. Communication could have been better. All in all y got fixed but I honestly felt it was at their leisure.
