We bought a Chevy Suburban in November and are very pleased with not only the vehicle, but also the attention to detail that Don and Jess gave our purchase. Everything works as it should in the vehicle which was very clean for its age. We looked at the vehicle and then put a deposit on it so we could return later. We had extra paperwork because of our situation, (new insurance and tax exempt business purchase) and the paperwork was ready and waiting to be signed when we arrived from 2 hours away. Highly recommend!

We bought a Chevy Suburban in November and are very pleased with not only the vehicle, but also the attention to detail that Don and Jess gave our purchase. Everything works as it should in the vehicle which was very clean for its age. We looked at the vehicle and then put a deposit on it so we could return later. Buyer Beware

I purchased a van in January 2023 . It came with a 1500 mile warranty and a week after purchase I had to replace brakes all around. I questioned the brakes when purchasing and I was told the noise came from sitting and after a few miles it would clear up.I Called and left message with wife of owner , who I dealt with no response So much for warranty's and standing by them. 2 weeks after purchase the headlight stopped working.After spending another $1500 on a headlight assembly it’s still not working. Just be careful. Don’t believe empty promises

undriveable vehicle

purchased a used vehicle 3/25 - 5/2 on a roll back and being towed...purchased AS IS with no warranty, never imaging the vehicle was in such terrible shape mechanically . I was looking for support a small local dealership verses a large dealership - major engine issues which I am still waiting on estimates - now also dealing with a rental car bill.. this vehicle should have not even been sold as is - they should have sucked up their loss and not passed it along to a buyer - so BEWARE

Great experience

I bought a 2007 Lexus es 350 fall of 2021. I drove down from northern New York with my wife to buy this car. After a good test drive and a quick look over, we came to a sale. Don prices his cars very fair and he has an eye for quality used cars. Don does a great job with the videos and allowing customers to see the car fax online. Most dealers don't do this, and that transparency is awesome. In my opinion, dealers that don't provide that kind of online transparency are trying to hide something. Don and Jessica were a pleasure to deal with. I will be doing business with them again and again. Months after driving the car, I took it into a Lexus dealership and had them fix and replace every little thing that they could find wrong with it. This bill came to about 2,000 dollars, 700 just for two new headlights. Lexus $$$. Now, I have a very reliable vehicle which a uber with on the side. Thanks Don and Jessica, you will be hearing from me soon looking for my used truck. lol

Buyer Beware

Thought I found the Vehicle I wanted until I was told I had to use a local garage for an inspection. Problem is, it’s a small town and everyone knows the dealer. Wanted to take it to my own mechanic 25 miles away and was told no (vehicle already has 100,000 miles on it). Hum I wonder why? It appears to have had been in a rear end accident that apparently went to the lowest bidder as the tailgate was eschew and water was leaking in. Remember, not everything, especially if it is the drivers fault gets claimed and ends up on Carfax. Owner also had quite the attitude.

Worst Customer Experience

I have never been treated with such disregard or as if my businesses did not matter. Extreme low ball on trade in and would not work with us on price of vehicle we wanted to purchase, which is unheard of with a car dealership. Worst car dealership experience ever.

While we NEVER want a customer to leave unhappy we were unable to reach your above value request for you trade. As we showed you last night our offer was above Kelly Blue Book despite your vehicles numerous mechanical issues. As for our vehicle we are a very transparent dealership we provide Carfax on our website along with vehicle description, YouTube video and of course the vehicles price nothing is hidden. Not every deal can be made and we find it disappointing that you would leave a 1 star review due to the two parties not being able to come to an agreement.

Hopefully Next Time

Great customer service; unfortunately, I did not purchase the vehice, because it did not have the options i desired. Price was somewhat expensive, but they were willing to negotiate pricing.
