Bought a 2023 ram Laramie last week.
Bought a 2023 ram Laramie last week. I think the deal they gave me on the new truck was just OK, The reason for the two stars is because they only delivered the truck with one key and told me I needed to purchase a second one, And they didn’t even fill the truck up, But instead put just a small amount of gas in the truck. When I first arrived, I asked where the used trucks were, And a salesman on the just pointed to the other end of the lot and said down there. After I walked down and looked at the trucks, I had to walk back inside the dealership and ask if any one of the sales people that were standing around could help me. Lastly, I think the whole process was very time-consuming compared to other Dealerships I bought cars from.

This is the worst dealership I have had to ever deal
This is the worst dealership I have had to ever deal with. First we bought a truck from them in Dec of 2022. In August of 2023 the truck died in the middle of the intersection. I took it back being only about 9 months old and they told me without looking at it. It was going. To take about 30 days to look at the truck. When they finally looked at it they found metal in the fuel tank fuel lines and all over. They said they would take care of it because it was under warranty. However I found out later that it was in fact a factor defect. The truck was give back to me about 3 months later with parts not put back on the car in the back seat. They said they forgot to put those back. I then took my truck to I10 for an oils change as usual end of June 2024 then in July 2024 a few weeks after my oil change my truck burst into flames in the 10 highway only to be totaled by the insurance company. I canceled my extended warranties that cost me about $6000 and as of today I have only gotten a refund for one of them as they have told me they sent the money else where. The place is a night mare and the people that work there are just as bad. Refusing to take calls and to call you back. Saying they are waiting for something and not telling what they are waiting for. Don’t waste your money guys.

Beware, my father is a disabled senior citizen.
Beware, my father is a disabled senior citizen. He drove his car in for a recall. After picking up his car, it stalled 3 times on the way home. They don't know what they are doing! The other option, would be that this was on purpose. I'm having to seek counsel now, because they do not take responsibility the damage they cause!

I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I keep my vehicles for many years, especially when I like them. Unfortunately, Chrysler is now off my list. Dealership and corporate customer service are basically non-existent. Here's my story. Back just before COVID popped up, I had a recall for a part that was defective. It was the dashboard leather cover. I took my car into this dealership (I10 in Indio, CA) and they took pictures and said it qualified for the recall. I took my car in for service a couple more times in the next few months and asked about the recall - they stated I shouldn't expect anything soon, since there were delays due to COVID. This went on for two years - every time I asked, they would tell me "When your part comes in, you'll be notified". Turns out they never ordered it. And now they are denying any knowledge. After leaving a bad review for their customer care experience, I was contacted by Caitlin of the Jeep Customer Engagement Team . Of course they are denying all responsibility as well. No more Chrysler for me - they don't stand behind their product.

Great service!
I had issues with my 2006 Dodge Charger for months. Other shops couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it I decided to go to the Dealership to see if they could diagnose the problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed my car and fixed it! I’m so grateful to have my car finally running again. Thank you so much! I will only go to the Dealership for my repairs for now on.
